PGA pros hitting Max version drivers and amatuers with low SS and high hdcp Hitting LS drivers are nowhere near the same realm!! Nobody could possibly think someone swinging 85 mph and struggling for distance would benefit from an LS driver??? That's insane -

There are Tour pros paying mad money for the "Tour Preferred" that came out about the same time as these. Those CB s were great looking

I have a hundred dollar bill for anyone with a sub 90 swing speed that can hit the ball better with an LS driver than with a Max version -

You had a fitter even contemplate putting you in an LS driver with a 90 mph swing speed??? He should be fired immediately and one other thing I noticed and you can surely gain a few yards by dialing that Max down a bit. Your launch angle and peak height are both way up there. That angle of attack you mentioned can influence that as well. But maybe try that Max at 9° and with some chrome softs or something lighter compression I bet that would lower it a bunch. I bet you gain 50 yards -
Wilson has made beautiful sticks for 100 years and these are the Wilson 100s they offered up like 8 years ago. This little butter knife is sexy as all get out!!!!

Just sold a set of Blueprints I played a few rounds on last year!!! They were incredible and my ball striking was never better, control was nuts everything was awesome AS LONG AS I WAS IN THE FAIRWAY!!!! I couldn't hit a pickup truck at ten yards with them out of the rough but they are beautiful

LS Drivers for anyone under really 110 mph are no bueno!! Biggest problem alot of us have is ego and wanting to play tour level gear IAM GUILTY!!! but I have finally figured out iam wasting my time so iam hitting what suits my 105mph game. I won a Titleist C-16 Driver at an event and I was going to be the coolest kid in school with my 1200 dollar driver until I realized whoever built it couldn't spell forgiveness!!! The one out of ten great shots I hit were great it was the other 9 that hurt. So curious have you always struck the heel??? Because those marks are all real tight which is a great thing!! It means you are repeating your swing so iam wondering if that's not the Aerojet??? I have found Cobra drivers to be not the easiest clubs in the world to hit??? -
My buddy is a detective in Gates and they threw his retirement racket there last night and Gene Simmons and Lou Graham showed up up

I guess I don't have to tell you that the spin on the driver is killing you!!! That's way up there man and definitely not helping! I would maybe think about what club you are hitting and definitely make a ball change. Are you working with a pro??? I don't quite understand all of it but I was seeing near 5k a while back with an old driver and he made a small loft, lie adjustment and I was right back where I needed to go. It will be interesting to see what the fix is but I would start with Driver if you can and definitely ball -
If I had a dollar for every late night puke pile ive cleaned up I would be wealthy and at least you knew it happened because stepping in it barefoot at 3am is not big fun!!!

Do You Remember the First Time You Paid $100 (US or More) to Play Golf?
Guest-0 replied to Golf2Much's topic in General Q&A
So I remember coming home from overseas in I guess 2002 and I had been hearing how well my local track The Bear had been getting along (Michigan Open is played there yearly) well it was $102 for locals and I about died but was hell bent on playing!! At that time I was a brand new golfer which is a very bad thing to be at The Bear as trouble is everywhere!!! Well not only was i new but I have always hit a very long ball so when learning my misses were catastrophic!! I think by #12 I was looking in the creek for balls as I was out but I think I somehow cooked up a 105 that should have been 195 and it was several years before I played there again -

So funny!!!! I was just going to write my story about my first 100 dollar round and it was at the Bear as I live two miles from it. Small world -
Greetings all my name is Dave Wyld and i have golf problems!! Ok for starters i picked up golf when I got home from Iraq i needed some me time and I found a golf cart and a nice non busy Michigan track was great therapy. Iam currently playing at a 10hdcp and have been as low as 8. Iam a terrible equipment junkie who has no less than 40 putters and a Dozen drivers laying around, I try to play 3 to 4 times a week and I do have a large GC Hawk commercial simulator set up in our shop so I hit balls daily. I am a professional fisherman for a living running some charterboats but have moved more into private sportfishes for wealthy owners. The name Marlin Dave was thrown on me by the Florida Sportsman magazine so it stuck and I guess It could be worse, Carp Dave would suck!! Anyway iam glad to have found this crew of like minded folks and look forward to learning as much as possible. WITB; Driver PING G430 MAX 10K W/GRAPHITE DESIGNS MAD PRO 70 S. You!!! Now we have someone to directly blame for the traffic snarl caused by the Bayshore kidding of course and after 10 years in the Army I will suffice to say I will never run anywhere again unless someone is shooting at me but that has to be one of the better courses for a marathon I would think??? You really should come to play sometime and places with top tier tracks like Shanty Creek Resort (4 18 hole tracks) A-Ga-Ming Golf Resort (2 Championship tracks and an executive 18) Grand Traverse Resort and Casino ( The Bear by Jack Nickalaus) (Wolverine by Gary Player) and the Resort Exective Spruce Run. Crystal Mountain Lodge (The Mountain Course) ( Betsie Valley) all offer very affordable stay and play packages prior to Memorial Day and after Labor Day and become more expensive during prime time oh and this little place called Arcadia Bluffs as well
