BIG congrats on shooting an even 9 hole round.  Hell of an accomplishment. 
You didn't play 18 though, so don't even worry about 18 hole accomplishments.

Here's a video from MGS that I thought was pretty helpful.
I also downloaded the iPing2.0 app and made my own case for my phone with some cheap parts off the internet (thanks to another MGS member @BK in TEXAS) and got an approximate stroke type with the app.

Redbreast is a really underrated Irish whiskey.  Good stuff!

Just picked up a bottle of Redbreast and am enjoying some of that.  It's one of the smoothest whiskies out there.  

Ahhh - 3 fingers of Maker Mark on the rocks before I get the kids presents under the tree.

I hope I'm around to remind you of your last statement. Try coming to Florida in July, you'll appreciate carts more than you do currently. Having written that I'd way prefer to walk, riding allows me to continue to play golf year round. Carts are not they devil, they are a new technology to be used to make the game more enjoyable and that enable an architect to utilize a piece of propert differently.
 
Oh and trust me on this, I recall a day when everyone walked, they played slow then too. Lots of five plus hour rounds walking in this guys life for certain.
