  1. Any suggestions on shafts? I do have a strong swing and produce a lot of speed as is.
  2. No I totally understand where you're all coming from. I have hit the club with a stiff shaft and it felt great, now, I was indoors and into a screen, but I guess the question I had was have you heard anything about the Mitsubishi Rayaan Bassara shafts that come stock on the Adams Idea tech V3? I've heard that it's not weighted properly. Just didn't know if there was a better stiff shaft company out there that I should be looking at. If the Bassara is a good shaft and it would be just fine in the stiff flex I hit it in then great, was just curious if anyone has heard anything about them or not. Thanks guys...
  3. Ok guys, I'm looking at buying a 3 hybrid from Adam's and I went and hit a bunch at my local golf store, and I really really like the Idea Tech V3. I hit it in a regular flex, and I always hit my clubs with a stiff flex but they didn't have one available. My question is mainly this, I want this club and know that I want it in a stiff flex, but I've heard some talk about the stock Mitsubishi Bassara shafts leaving a little bit to be desired. Should I just buy the club as is and then purchase a stiff shaft from a better company? Honestly I don't know much about shafts and could use some help, either way, I know I need a stiff flex but would love to hear some thoughts on what shaft I should get instead. Thanks!!
  4. I got this bag last week and I LOVE IT! I got the black and grey model and have iron head covers on my clubs and its SUPER quite! I cant get enough of all the pockets and features, It really is a nice bag. I like the straps on it too. Haven't had any problems with them yet and they are really comfortable!

  6. Thanks guys for your quick response. Yeah the pro was sort of done with me after I made my purchase and was checking out, he kinda checked out himself. I'll be going again soon to pick up my irons that I ordered and will talk with another then. I've heard great things from the Penta TP3 and TP5. I'll get a sleeve of those and the Bridgestone's too, along with the others. I figured that was the best way to find a ball that works best for me, I just didn't know if there were a set of balls in my "standard" that I needed to look at first. Also, as far as the ProV1's go, I never really gave them a fair enough shot just because of their price. I like the way the Callaway balls feel off the club face, but haven't tried the HexBlack ones yet. Or the X Star XV. Thanks again everyone!
  7. Hey all, I've been trying to decide on what my next golf ball purchase will be and its kinda becoming a little more confusing every time I try and make a decision. I would really like to know some peoples thoughts and ideas on this subject. Here is what I'm looking for, and I'm open to try any ball out there...... I have a 6 iron club speed of about 96-98 MPH and produce a lot of spin off of my driver and irons. My local golf pro said that I need a ball that doesn't produce a lot of spin since I produce the majority of that with my swing, but I'd really like to not give up the "spin" I need around the green, especially in my chips and short irons. He didn't really suggest a brand name to try, but kinda leaned towards the NXT tour model, but that was all he mentioned before he walked away. Please feel free to give me your opinions and whats worked best for you. THANKS!
  8. How much do you want for the Nike putter?
  9. Do you still have the Callaway Forged 60*?

  10. I too think that it would be a good test to run. I'm in the market for a new bag as well and have been really looking at this bag. I really like the black and dark grey one myself. To comment on the clanking of the iron heads and stuff, my simple fix is that I bout Nike iron headcovers for my Nike irons. It will eliminate them hitting each other all together. Now, I know that this may work for me and some others, but for the most part people don't like to have covers on their clubs when they are playing golf. I can see the downside to them, but honestly, if I'm pumping the amount of money that I am into my clubs, I want them to last a long time, and to look nice. So, iron headcovers seem to be my fix to this "hypothesis" scenario of the heads banging together, but would still be interested to know if having more dividers hurts or helps.
