My experience with the PSP was almost exactly the same as the reviewer's. I have been practicing with some Wilson Tour Blades from the 70's, and they are much tougher to hit than the PSP. It is not difficult to make contact with the very upright PSP face, and the light/whippy shaft throws the ball up into the air.
