      Finals are scheduled for Sunday morning. Playing one of the guys in my regular Thursday group, so it should be less stressful. My best against his best, I win, but his worst isn't nearly as bad as mine.

    left the driver in the car on Sunday. Even with poor putting, medicore iron play, 2 shots OB on the first 3 holes, and not a single memorable shots, I still played my best round of the year. Maybe there's a lesson in there somewhere.

      I'm erratic with the driver in spurts. This time was 2 big hooks with a 3H, but yeah...extremely tight course with OB on all 18 holes, and OB on both sides on 7 of them (and that's before we start talking about behind greens and what not). It's hard to bail out to the safe side, when there isn't one.

      Been doing the same thing -- finding the short grass a lot more. Course I play isn't all that long, so a 3-wood is usually good enough...

      Thats exactly how the course was in Louisville, maybe three holes that didn't have OB on both sides, but they had water on them.
