Played a for man scramble today. Our group came in at 10 under, not too bad for us. Personally I played okay but had a couple pretty bad hard pulls to the left. Won one of the long drives with a low draw that cleared a hill, ran down into a valley and back up the other side a little. Only 93 yards to the pin on a short par five.

Thank you! I really need to make sure I'm closest to the pin more often now so the guys I golf with can get good long looks at the marker.

Looking In the mailbox I was excited to see the envelope with the return address for MGS peeking out wedged in between the usual ads and credit card offers. Separated my prize mail only to find out that some letter sorting machine (or person) must have got to the chip before me. Bummer.

I found the site after looking for driver reviews when I decided to start playing golf. I read the forums for a few months before deciding to join. Based on my sky high post count you can see I prefer to read more than post but the information and entertainment provided are something I look forward to daily. I'm hoping someday to get enough skill to maybe meet up with some other MGS members and take a few hacks at different courses.
