  1. 1st Tie Breaker What is the Cut Number. cut will be +1 and lower 2nd Tie Breaker -Who will be the low amateur - Stewart Hagestad wedges tbd…….
  2. I have had 2 different models of personal launch monitors. I have had the Sky Trak and now I have the Bushnell Lunchpro. Both were very affordable and have great features. With the Bushnell you do get more data and a little more accuracy. This is my second full year with the Bushnell and my handicap went from a +1.3 to a +4 in 2023. Now is that all the launch monitor no. But knowing the numbers on your misses has helped me more than anything. We will see this year where we end up but I highly recommend anyone of these devices if you are looking to improve your game at home. One thing people never mention with and at home monitor or net is you will go through golf balls! Hit hundreds of wedges and you’ll understand why your local driving range does not have good golf balls.
  3. It’s a pet peeve and we all do it even myself. Waiting for a green to clear on a par 5 or short par 4. It backs up every golf course because we all know we have hit that shot. But can we when it matters. Usually not. Oh any play the correct set of tees.
  4. Next week I am going to test the Maxfli Tour X and Titleist Pro V1 on my home simulator. I will give all the details of the test as it should be well over 100 shots with each ball. I will update this post and we should have some fun. Hope everyone is enjoying winter.
  5. If you had to choose between these two bottles for a special occasion, which one would you choose? I have both bottles and just wanting feed back on which one is better for multiple people. The choices are Weller 12 or Blantons Gold. Lets hear which one you would have for a special occasion.
  6. I have never been to the Omni in MB but the one outside of Denver is great. First class service and they had 3 courses with resort. I would check with them and see what type of places they can get you on.
  7. 3' x 10' I will grab some 2 sided tape today to try. Good idea guys!
  8. I recently purchased a new birdie ball putting green. The room I have it in is all carpet and it is constantly sliding on the carpet when I am using it. Any tips or ideas to help stop this? I love the green, I would like it to stay in one place.
  9. One of the biggest myths in golf is you need player irons to score well and have a low handicap. Play what you want and what fits your swing. You will find guys playing GI irons on every major tour. It is "ADVERTISED" that way no, but that's the golf industry. They are in the business of selling clubs. Main point is have fun, and play what you are comfortable playing.
  10. Hard to believe that 10 years has gone bye, but I joined here Jan 17th, 2014. This place has been an amazing source of information and laughter. It is by far the best place to come for anything golf and it has been amazing to watch this forum grow. I also can't believe how many people from 10 years ago are still active on here and that shows how good the people and information are. Cheers to 10 more!
  11. I just want to say I have now been on this forum for 10 years. It does not seem like that is possible, but what I have noticed is how many people are still on here from 10 years ago. That says something and I hope everyone has a great 2024. I am still in Central Illinois and always looking to meet people to play a round or two.
  12. Dont forget that Sub70 has a demo program and their hybrids are some of the best in the industry.
  13. I have a brand new never hit TaylorMade Stealth Driver for sale. It has the Aldila Ascent 60g Stiff shaft with the Lamkin Crossline grip. Asking $500 OBO. $15 shipping in lower 48.
  14. This is a ratings grab that will miss wide right. Am I right Bills fans?
