I have a small espresso pot. Single serve lattes with 1/3 milk and 2/3 coconut milk (unsweetened). I mix that with 1.5:1 espresso to milk/coconut. Add some honey and Damn! Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy -

I have been in vacation the last couple weeks and have maintained within a normal ride and fall. Walked 18 and then walked my dog a mile. Finished the day with a piece of broiled salmon and salad for dinner. I did sneak a brownie and milk after. 220.3 this morning. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy

it was a beautiful day and a fun round of golf. Maybe next time I'll play from my tees and y'all will get some push carts and walk with me. Lane is a pretty easy walk. Thanks for a good time. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy

stinks. There is a course here in Athens Ga that is semi private and won't let nonmembers walk. They say it devalues the membership. I say carts devalue the sport Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy

it would have to be a percentage with a tie breaker. I am also curious how loosing weight effects swings. Good and or bad. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy

I'm in also. I have been struggling to get below 220. 5 years ago after 3 years of sitting on my ass in nursing school I was 250+. I refused to weigh myself cause it was demoralizing. Now I walk 95% of my rounds and have stabilized at 220 ish. Ready to step down again. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy

bobby Jones liked the soft wrist start. He liked the whip it could produce. I know the modern swing doesn't subscribe to this, but I think a little old and new are not improper. I am certainly no Adam Scott or Bobby Jones, but I start grounded and if that causes a little whip in a swing that I feel is fairly structured then so be it. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
