Final review for Pro Package and Face Impact is up. I can’t thank Flightscope and MyGolfSpy enough for this opportunity.

I have it currently in the bag. Awesome headshape, deepish face, great sound/feel. Ball really trampolines off the face. Still trying to narrow down what shaft will be in it for the start of the year but the DS LS was better than the Paradym and Smoke AI TD 8* heads for me but honestly not earth shattering better.

I have seen it and don’t use it personally but OEM’s may not use it either. Using pirate ship and USPS with only $300 insurance, it’s still $38 to ship an iron set from Iowa to Colorado. Yes UPS was cheaper by a decent amount doing a quick look. My point is to be careful with the statement about an OEM trying to recoup money using shipping as that may very well not be the case. They don’t box anything or ship anything. They are simply a place to get shipping labels for carriers.

As someone who buys and sell clubs more than he should, I can assure you depending on shipping method, $25 to ship a club insured is not out of hand. USPS can be that much for just a light shaft depending on destination. Not calling you a liar so don’t take it that way but I’d love to know what you used and what clubs you shipped across the country for $10.

Mine is gonna be the Cobra Darkspeed LS 8* head with one of the following shafts. Attas Daaas 4x Accra TZ6 Gen2 50 m5 Tour only Aldila Rogue 125msi 50TX May try the PXG Black Ops Tour-1 yet but can’t believe it would be better.

Still hit most greens in regulation but proximity sky rocketed to 50-60 consistently leading to too many 3 putts.

As Jamie mentioned it really depends. As an example for those that may actually read this thread. Take myself and consider me a member not staff. I’m just finishing up Flightscope Progression test. Hypothetically I knock it out the park with an amazing review and I end up as a final 2 for 1 spot for another review the next year. The other guy just did balls but did a great review. He gets my vote. As staff we absolutely want to spread it out and share the love so to speak. It’s been mentioned a ton but the odds of getting 2 big tests in a year is basically zero and it’s why we stress only signing up for stuff you really wanna test. We get messages all the time from members wishing they would have waited cuz they’d really prefer the current testing opportunity.

As with the classified messages I have to send out periodically to other members not yourself, you are missing the biggest immediate disqualifying requirement mentioned in the first post and many times throughout this thread.

I know what you are trying to say but want to clarify that it really isn’t “luck of the draw” or anything luck related. Us staff will talk during our weekly staff call about testing and possible members for each test. We even chat throughout the week in our slack channel quite often about members that happen to catch our eyes or becoming more active. This also works the other way when we look at signups for tests and we see long time members that have disappeared and all of a sudden showed back up during testing. My fellow staff members are amazing at seeing EVERYTHING! Good and bad!

I did have to use slightly different settings with the e6 than with FS app but not a bunch. I did notice I needed to take the wind to off though as it tended to make a decent difference. Also changing my ball to the RCT ball in the FS app seemed to help as well.

I do the same as Josh. Set everything up in the FS app then go to E6. There are also sim settings in e6. Are you on the range for E6 or playing a course?

As Josh mentioned I had a similar problem with distance but mine was closer to across the board for all clubs not just driver. I was anywhere from 10-15 yards short with irons and about the same to slightly more short with the driver. What I found and what Josh, Mark, and myself have mentioned a few times is SETUP IS CRUCIAL! I do think the Mevo Plus reads slightly high on spin which will make a big difference the faster the club is swung. When we mention setup being crucial, it’s not just target alignment, distance from Mevo to ball, ball to screen, lighting, etc, it’s also your settings. I normally play in 75-100* weather with 70-90% humidity depending on the days and if you don’t manually set the Mevo plus weather to the same that can effect things. By moving my weather setting to 80* temp, 70-80% humidity, and elevation to my elevation of 1250’, I was able to get my distance back closer to what I normally see. I have also developed a fade swing tendency that I didn’t normally have which will add to spin. TL:DR Make sure to not only check the setup but also all the settings.

I was throwing darts. Back 9 however that jumped to probably over 25 resulting in a 2 over finish.

I play the left dash right now and it’s really good but expensive. My local guy keeps mentioning the staff model from Wilson. Says he can’t get it out the bag it’s that good. Haven’t tried it yet but might be worth a look

I’ve played plenty of irons over my years and for me Miura’s QPQ(QuenchPourQuench) had the best wear followed closely by the DLC(diamond like coating-Maltby DBM, Cobra FT). PVD will wear fairly quickly depending on soil type.

I’m glad the classifieds are back and clearly I’m not the only one but for those paying attention, The classifieds still have the same rules as before. Make sure you follow them as the ads I have checked so far have failed to follow them all.
