  4. Handicap is a 4 Hogan to me means American Beauty and Excellence in golf irons. I know when I pick up a set of Hogan irons, what I can expect from them. Quality craftsmanship and engineering that not only looks great, but performs great as well. I collect Hogan irons, and I have sets from the 70's, 80's, 90's and early 2000's. Each set represents classic beauty. From the classic Hogan black and red striped ferrules, to the trademark logo on the heads and grips. Am I partial to Hogans. Absolutely. I have hit a lot of forged irons over the past 10 years and its hard to beat the feel, performance and forgiveness of Hogan irons from 15 years ago. When you've got it, you've just got it. I'd love to try the latest offering, especially to see how they perform with Hogans from the past. PS. Preferred swingweight is D4.
