I've been following the Sub70 posts on this site for a while and finally decided to pull the trigger. I purchased a 949X 3 wood a couple weeks ago. I've played a few rounds with it and am very satisfied with the quality and functionality of the club. I chose an Evenflow Riptide (Black) shaft. They have a variety of stock shafts to choose from. The club is adjustable and has movable weights. There is a 60 day, full refund period, so there's really no risk. They also have a demo program that is really reasonable. All in all, great bang for the buck, so much so, I plan on picking up their 5 wood. The CS is excellent as well.
