  1. I’m looking for suggestions from the pros. I recently had my old Anser 2 (stainless steel)powder coated. I’ve had it for over 20 years and I don’t want to get rid of it but I decided to change the look of it. The putter looks great and the finish is good, however because of the thickness of the powder coating, I can’t paint the lettering. That’s the first time I’ve had any experience with powder coating and I didn’t realize that should be considered. Does anyone know of a way that you can remove the powder coating in the area where I want to paint the lettering without damaging the rest of the finish? I thought of trying out a Dremel tool with a tiny bit but I don’t know if that would work or not I don’t want to risk it. Suggestions and advice is appreciated and welcome. Have a blessed day.
