Hey all you DF3 owners. I need a favor. I'm still waiting on my putter to finish production and deliver. In the mean time I'm looking at some alternative head covers. Would anyone of you with a DF3 mind measuring the overall dimensions of the head. Basically the "face width", "face thickness", "depth from face to back" and finally "face to center of shaft" Thanks in advance!

I only see 2 listing for this with the protector on Amazon. They both are the same. "Ships from Amazon" , "Sod by SkyTrak Golf" and "Free Returns". Some times what suppliers send to Amazon may be missing something, stuff happens, nobodies perfect. But the situation is still the same, pack it up and submit a return. Take it to your local Kohls, UPS or what ever options you have and send it back. The refund will be processed within a day at worst. Or you can submit it as an exchange. Send it back and they'll send a replacement. For the most part Amazon is pretty easy to deal with when stuff like this happens. It is really important for their business model to make returns and exchanges easy. That is why so many people shop Amazon.

Box what you received up and send it back and they'll refund your money.

What Is Your Next Planned Golf Equipment Purchase?
dbdors replied to GolfSpy_APH's topic in General Equipment Talk
I have a LAB DF3 on order, hope to have it at the end of April. Sold a bunch of unused gear and putters to pay for it. It better be good as this is the most Ive ever spent on a putter. I'm also planning on a Vessel Player IV Pro DXR 14-way for my birthday in June. -
Mizuno 221 4 iron possibly broken?
dbdors replied to PaladinGolf's topic in Club Making/Repair & DIY Projects
The shaft is bent. It will need to be replaced. -
I get that, but the fitting does not ask for a face on shot, down the line only.
-
And I'm wondering how they make this judgment in the online fitting based on the short down the line video you send them. Or is it up to me to decide which grip to choose.
-
I did the online fitting submittal, still waiting on the feedback. I went ahead and placed an order for a DF3. I think it have played with one every time I see one in the golf store. Each time I think this is the putter for me. I hope I'm not making a mistake, this is a lot of money to invest in a putter.

If you have a Sam's Club membership, the Vice Pro is a comparable ball with lower spin and more distances. You can get them 24 balls for $50. -
My list is to play at least 9 holes in each of the 50 states. I am up to 19 states. I retired 1 1/2 years ago and need to get busy playing. Hoping to get in at least 10 states this year. Of course Alaska and Hawaii will be the hardest 2 to get.

What is your go to grip - irons / woods / hybrids?
dbdors replied to Shapotomous's topic in Golf Balls/Shafts/Grips
Right now it is GP MCC+4 red/white teams. With 2 wraps of tape, blown on. All 13 full swing clubs. -
That is exactly mine, "play ready golf". I remember playing in a threesome and one guy brought is wife the ride with him (not playing). The other guy in our group spent all the time flirting with her, and was never ready to play.

Yes, I don't wear them much for fear of wearing out the spikes, but just yesterday I wore some Adidas Code Chaos shoes. I needed to go to the grocery store on the way home. I did change shoes, just went to the store and then home. BTW, the Adidas Code Chaos spikes wear very sell. I have two pair, black and a white with blue pair. the cleats look good as new and the traction is great. Also the spike less may be more comfortable. I try to walk as much as I can, and foot comfort is important. And honestly it has been so long (maybe 10-12 years) since I've had a spiked shoe that I cant remember what is was like. I might add that the quality of traction "in my opinion" varies by shoe/brand. Right now I am happy with the 2 Code Chaos, a pair of Asics and a Pumas that are nice. The traction is great and the shoes are comfortable. But I had some Ecco's and I never liked the traction and really didn't find them to be very comfortable. They were a disappointment. I got them because they had GoreTex and a big discount, but didn't like them in the end.

I don't know if they are out the door, but spike less work for me! And I have no desire to buy a spiked shoe. Spike Less work and no need to change worn out spikes, etc.
