I basically picked up a club as a kid and taught myself. Took a few lessons growing up but it was ingrained in me.... by that point the instructors just went with it. I’ve since learned from a few other instructors a lot of kids may pick up the club that way but typically either switch or are told to switch to conventional. I will say though, from what I’ve also heard, including below in this thread, seems like crosshanded hitters can hit it out there. Its not the first time I’ve heard from others that fact. I’ve never met anyone else thats like me in this regard though, would love to one day just to pick their brain! Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
