  3. Wayne Wiese/Georgia Zero Restriction Played up in Canada, rained all day and actually won the tournament back in the days when rain gear pretty much didn't exist to the likes of what they are today. I think all I had was an umbrella.
  4. I have been looking at Srixon irons Z585 and Z785 irons, love the looks of the 785 but every time I hit them at PGA SS I hit the 585's farther, always looking for that little extra length and I truly believe I will gain 1/2 to 1 club in length, eg. hit 9 iron instead of 8, etc. I know the lofts are a tiny bit stronger than most clubs and the 585 is stronger than the 785 but I do love the blade look. Also looking for a newer driver, currently have a Bridgestone that I love and every time I put it up against the newer Rogue sub zero, my Bridgestone is just as long if not longer.....Thoughts???
  5. So, does anyone ever do any kind of test to determine what club head hits the ball the farthest, now i know there are tests done all the time, but my question is this, do they do a test using a different head on all the same shaft, using all the same balls using all the same swing from something like iron byron. For instance titleist head, taylor made head, ping head, etc all on a project x 6.0 shaft for instance all using pro v1 balls all swung by iron byron, would that tell you what face on a driver is the hottest and hits the ball the farthest? Tell me your thoughts and if you know of any such test like that and where I can find the results.
