  1. and the new Bumblebee yellow F9 Cobra driver looks really nice.
  2. shotscope and i'm thinking of new wedges ( Cleveland RTX4)
  3. I saw this and I was still undecided as to which system to get ,but this will definitely tip the scales towards Shotscope. This is great news and a good way of getting some friendly competition and banter with the MGS group. I applaud this
  4. about the radar being mandi tory, it would seem that one would need it to quantify the results. sorry for the slow responses guys.
  5. sir chunkalot interesting accent. what state are you from? Also. if that is your left handed swing, then WTF are you doing playing right handed?
  6. interesting. I think the temperature variance will affect golf ball performance more than the club as the elastomers are more temperature variant than metal.

  8. Great question. I have to see. One thing about delofting on the long irons is if you lower the trajectory, you need to make it up with ball speed. That is my understanding. Sent from my SM-G900W8 using MyGolfSpy mobile app
  9. Thanks Nun. Sorry for the late reply. the decision was based upon the yardgage gaps. if i kept my 7i, i would have had about a 40 yard gap to the ping 6i. and i need to evaluate my yardages next year and i will do more testing. This will still be a work in progress.
  10. wow.that is a beaut. [emoji41][emoji41] Sent from my SM-G900W8 using MyGolfSpy mobile app
  11. I agree with GB. i've seen a lot worse. Nothing wrong with that swing.
  12. anyone love single malt? This is my favourite. on the rocks with a teaspoon of water
  13. interesting approach. So what is the reasoning behind rules #1 and #2? or just your own rules you came up with? And i agree with the simplified course management. it was fun shooting from the fairway when i also put away my woods. And the guy i was playing with (an older gentleman) looked at my 6i and said "this is an iron?" i am glad tto see hat you are reaping the benefits of these irons.
  14. For me , i was hyped about the distance, but once it sank in about the problems i was encountering because of it or the second guessing i was doing, i said... I'd rather be short and consistent . and i found that my well struck short irons were the same distance.
  15. great question. I never focued on the 5 or 4 as the 6 was working great. and that is one question i need to answer next summer. Are they as easy to hit as the 6? and what will that distance be like.
  16. and that was the main turn off for me. read my reply above in the multi quote. thanks
  17. Thank you GB. I was in love, but then when i started overshooting the greens, duffing the PW, i started double guessing myself (mid and short iron shots) and i couldn't trust a shot or the club. So for example, i was oveshooting, thus i backed off and now i am short. it was a no win situation. I never experienced that before. And then i was looking at the distances of each club and how wide spread it was and the gaps between clubs.... I loved the 6 iron as stated and looking at the distances, it is gold. Thansk Perservering. You are correct. i am anxious to see the other review and i was even surpirsed that Steddy didn;t mind them. he plays Mizuno and is a low handicapper and i was sure that he would have traded them, but... Thank you Jamie matt, see my reply above. thanks thanks guys for the comments
  18. thanks. that would be great. the rockies have some phenomenal courses.
  19. Today was my last day of golfing. I went to the driving range yesterday because I was still undecided about these clubs. My ball striking has become better and my scores are dropping. What I needed to know (outside of what I was experiencing with the clubs) was that was it because of the clubs or my ball striking? So today I went out to play with my Mizunos and left most of the Pings at home with the exception of two i500 irons to find this out. Stage 2 will reveal the result. or if you look in the how did you play today thread...there is a hint in there.
