  1. Falcons have a rough go, but it's all part of the ride! KC for years were terrible and the list goes on. Being a fan of any NFL franchise means taking the good years with the bad years and feeling elated and heartbroken with every move and season.
  2. Heard a few rumblings of some new Takomo irons which could be released this year or next. Will be curious to see what direction they take with them and if they will be more players distance or moving into a GI or blade versions ... Or maybe some of everything!?
  3. A modest 5 right now. However I can see that growing in the near future.
  4. I'll be on the next plane to come visit! Türkei is the country I have been looking at recently. It's not that far from me and has some stellar courses at good rates with accommodation and a spa for my wife. I'll find a few photos of some of the courses soon. However they also have night golf which is a life goal.
  5. I was shocked at how small these were in person. The look fantastic, but they made my t100 look big!
  6. I still find it hard to believe you actually work! I thought Most Wanted testing and golfer were you jobs!
  7. We all know Scotland, Australia and some of the other go to golfing countries, but what are some you have been to or want to go to that may not come to mind at first glance? Whether it's great pricing, amazing courses or whatever else, let's hear about them? I found one which I am seriously thinking about mainly due to a change on work and some additional vacation time... However I will wait for a few responses to see if it comes up!
  8. Hopefully soon ish we will have a few special guests joining us as well!
  9. I didn't see if they had anything new from the PGA Show, but what head designs would you like to see come to Zebras next version?
  10. You're correct it most definitely depends on who they are what stage they can be in. If just starting it can be a lot easier or less nerve-racking to be in a group and allow you to feel more comfortable. Where more experienced would prefer a one on one to get more value out of it.
  11. Out of curiosity, how man of you have more physical type jobs which you would consider part of a fitness or just general keeping in shape routine?
  12. Maybe in selfish but I would prefer one on one. Just a preference and have done both however the dedicated tone is certainly beneficial versus a group setting.
  13. It's been a long weekend. What FedEx where?
  14. Always remains fun. The expectations are higher, however that does not take away from thr enjoyment in any way.
  15. Be creative during practice, use different clubs, find different lies and different stances. While stock shots are great, it is rarely the case on the course with needing a foot higher than another or ball below the feet, above the feet, needing to hit a slope and bump it up and more. Find creative ways to make shots so when you get to the course you have some sort of idea of what club X will do if you do X or Y or Z
  16. The compensation to get Morris does bug me. No question there. For Fields I love him for Fantasy Football. Real life? Undecided.
  17. Well all time to give you a little run down and all things forum and where we are at as well as where we hope to get to this season. I will kick off with Member Testing - as you have likely seen it is in full swing and we have a good schedule built out and in place already. We will be adding a lot to it over the course of the season and still have on going discussions with several companies. It will be a great season for member testing and one we are very excited to have everyone take part in! Remember to read the guide on how to be a tester. We will not just pick ppl to pick ppl. All must be qualified and active contributors to be chosen. The forum so far in January has seen one its best months ever. Period. Post counts are fantastic and overall activity levels with members and the eyes on the forum has been fantastic. With the new changes to googles SEO system we are seeing a nice boost in traffic and we hope that will translate to more great new members and more people joining the forum and getting involved. The Forum staff are going to look to continue to bring you a variety of new features, new activities and threads to participate in and enjoy. With the new push on socials watch out for a few give aways from time to time and be sure to follow! I have already mentioned forum staff articles, but keep an eye on the main site for Matt, Jason, Bryan, Ben, Hayes and Marks articles as they will start dropping tomorrow! We are continuing to adjust the ad load and tweak that configuration, however the platform we run on (Invision) has a massive update coming which will change a lot. We will not be updating right away as we sort out any bugs and potential short comings of the new system. In addition to the new features it will be adding all of our custom features (VCT, Member testing sign up and more) will all need to be updated prior. However this will bring a fresh look to the forum which we hope makes it look a bit cleaner and just more modern. Stay tuned as we provide updates to when these changes will happen! The Forum staff have lofty goals and expectations for the 2024 year. 2023 was great, it was a bench mark season for us and one that we haven't seen in a while. With all time highs in several categories. We want 2024 to take another jump, however we are also very aware of our identity and not losing that sense of community. We may be a smaller ish forum, but we still want to grow and keep our core values at the heart of that growth. We want to see our socials grow, our content on the main site and forum expand. We want to continue to bring excellent member testing to our community with stellar reviews. Additionally we want to grow the outings to be able to host and hold more than one per season in many areas all over the US and hopefully one day over in Europe. There are so many things going on behind the scenes with the staff its truly a great time to be a member and with the growing community we can only hope to bring you more of a little bit of everything. So what can you do to help? Tell your friends and golfing peeps about us! Get them to sign up, get involved and make them aware of this awesome community. We don't have a referral program, but if you have friends or colleagues that are curious or nervous, a little nudge goes a long way. Share or follow us on socials! This is a great way for us to get the word out about the forum and a fantastic way to help the hard work on the socials pay off. Keep being involved! Posts, activity and new threads all help us get more visibility on google and other platforms. Bottom line thank you for everyone making the start of 2024 near record breaking and come the new month I will post some more data for those who are interested in diving into that side of things!
  18. I really hope weather continues on this trend as its been mid 40s and just a little wet. If it keeps up like this I will have full swing golf season for next week! Watch out all I am coming for a top 5 finish this season!
  19. Never heard of them truthfully. may have to give them a quick look!
  20. I was asked to clean up the side bars as there will be updated features going there in the near future. I wanted to keep it somewhere rather than remove it entirely and that was the best place for it.
  21. I don't know what the answer is for the Falcons (as a big fan of the franchise). Was Bill the best long term answer? Likely not with his age, however he would have brought a prestige to the team which is undeniable. Would he have stayed on after coaching to do GM or other front office duties? Guess we will never know. If Morris can get an excellent OC and get their last few seasons of draft picks involved and playing closer to their potential then we have a starting point. If a longer term solution can be found at QB then we are even better off. It is going to be a process, but I think any and all rebuilds are. Been a fan for a while and no point jumping ship after being through enough lows already. Just makes the highs and successes that much better.
  22. Just the outing in May which every day I am getting more and more excited for.
  23. Nice write-up so far Tony. So what you have right now has no sim options? Correct?
  24. Long game fittings are fantastic and I am sure may even surprise you to see some surprising results... hopefully for the better!
