@GolfSpy_APH check out the build.
Thanks to everyone for putting comments and thoughts/help on the build. It helped a ton.
Almost booked a flight to come see them in person after you posted the photos...

Nippon 105 X is a shaft that I have always liked, but the Project X IO is another one that has become a quick favorite. It works so well for me and while it doesn't matter it also looks the part.

I am a newer convert to the 7 wood and have no intention on going back. It is a very versatile club and right now is working for everything I need!

I never plan to buy golf stuff. It just sorta happens.
But my next impulse will likely be a hybrid. That seems to be the whim of the day.
I love this response!
Slightly similar here but I do have a build set of irons planned for the fall.

Can't say I've ever noticed this or had it happen to me. Maybe due to the bags I have used or the longevity of clubs in my bag?
I will say with the new Ghost Bag I have and it's velvety liner I doubt that would ever become an issue!

Had one, but as a Mezz Max user I just prefer the LAB.
The Oslo is a great putter. As are many other Ping putters. Still have and love my fetch. But ultimately I just made more putts with the LAB.

If there was one point that would summarize my thought on this set it was how incredibly forgiving the longer irons play.
I shared several 4 iron swings that were not “instagram v reality” because quite honestly, it became so fun to hit knowing I could make the same swing and hit it nearly on center every time. To the point where I was purposefully telling people here and in person, to give it a shot before assuming you’d need something more forgiving.
Titleist NAILED it with this set. The T100 is so well designed.
So I think this is where I wish I had maybe gone in a slight different direction with my set.
The T200 5 Iron and I don't really get along. It's a good club no doubt. But I can't help be feeling staying with the T150 would have been a better option.

The one that fits my swing with the head I’m trying. Have no favorite or preferred shaft. Have had several versions of DG s3000/400 including the original amt version. Px6.0, px io, kbs tour, kns tour 90, recoil 110 and 110 proto, $ taper, c taper lite, modus 120
I know that is a "correct" answer, but let's live a little!
What's been your favorite or maybe a better way to put it. When you go for a fitting what is the first shaft you try and it is one you know that you typically like or get on well with.

Looks like possible rain today so golf may have to wait which is fine because I have some clubs to build. Work related items must be completed first though.
@berkeleybob hope the wife gets to feeling better quickly!
@sirchunksalot glad to hear your sister is doing better.
@GolfSpy_APH I may have missed a post but how was the first round?
@jbern great photos!
And I'm sure I missed plenty more with all the activity. Hope everyone has a great day!
Was fun! 2 over 6 hole round. Had a Birdie and a few bogeys. Was enjoyable and swing felt pretty darn good.

It’s 4:17am, and my dog woke me because of thunder. I checked my email and saw that the LAB Putter Testers were announced, so I clicked the link to see who they were. RoverRick was the top of the list. WHAT?
I didn’t even apply. I’m not eligible because I won last year. Then I realized this was last years thread and it was just an update. I mean, it’s 4:17 and perhaps I’m not especially quick on the uptake at that time. I thought it was the new DF3 thread.
I was not disappointed. On the contrary, I absolutely love my DF2.1. The only advantages of the DF3 are it takes up less space in the bag, and easier to pick up balls. I’ve been thinking about posting a One Year Update in a couple of weeks, complete with stats, but the Cliff’s Notes version is that this is the only putter that I even consider taking to the course. I have half a dozen other putters that I haven’t even touched since getting this one.
Thanks L.A.B. Thanks MGS.
I look forward to the DF3 tester’s post, but there is no jealousy towards them. I am considering selling all my other putters and getting the LINK1 and TPT shaft, but only because it felt so great. Not because the DF2.1 with the Accra is lacking in any area.
Early mornings can do that - DF3 testers once selected will be announced next Tuesday.
Also as per our agreement with LAB in the DF3 they wanted new to LAB users so for those who already listed LAB putters as their gamers were then not eligible.
Time to see how some new ppl to LAB can do and if it makes a difference to their games!

Really encourage any and all to give this thread a read. We really want to be able to select as many new testers as possible for each opportunity, but also need just a little on your end to get involved and help give us an idea for what type of review you will be capable of!

Congrats on the selections!
This is going to be one of the most interesting reviews based on the methods and more. Best of luck and looking forward to a lot of stories about the experience, how they preform and a lot more!

Testers Announced!
Galway Bay recently released a new jacket and pants with an impressive 30,000 waterproof rating, double that of their previous rating. They claim that, despite this impressive improvement, the fabric remains breathable and comfortable and does not restrict movement during any round.
In previous MyGolfSpy rain gear testing, Galway Bay performed well and been recognized for its value and quality. Their rain pant is notable because it does not go over existing pants but is meant to be worn on their own.
Straight From Galway Bay:
Galway Bay says: “We designed our Performance Outerwear to be versatile, comfortable, and fashionable. Galway Bay provides protection from the wind and rain while still allowing players to take an unrestricted swing.
“All Galway Bay jackets and pants are made from our proprietary fabric, Galway Bay Hydro-Flex 32. This breakthrough material is a three-layer fabric with double durable water repellent coating, including Teflon, that’s designed to not only keep water from getting in but to allow sweat to get out.”
Please welcome and congratulate our testers!

Testers Announced!
Can the proper golf shaft for your driver be determined solely by how you use the ground in your swing? As part of this "testers wanted" opportunity with Terra Forza Golf Shafts, we will find out!
About Terra Forza
Terra Forza has taken a new approach to shaft fittings and flexes. In this case, it is best to hear about their claims directly from them.
“Our theory revolved around the idea that how a golfer loads and unloads a shaft is directly correlated to how they use the ground. After many years of studying ground reaction forces (GRF) and pressure traces, Terra Forza Golf was born, validating that theory. After some trial and error, we were able to create a line of golf shafts that matched a golfer's pressure trace and pressure data. Our patented algorithm allows us to recognize those traces, along with all of the pressure data coming from the TF Pressure Plates, and objectively determine the proper shaft for any golfer. We welcome you to the new ERA of fitting shafts, from the ground up.”
Please welcome and congratulate our testers!

No right or wrong answer, more preference than anything.
Hope you like the new irons and before too long hopefully you'll be into all the equipment you want to be playing!
