  1. How have you found the lag putting to be so far for you testers?
  2. That and midsize options if you hands are big enough. Hard to go wrong with the SuperStroke grips though.
  3. Too much suspense? I have been really impressed with the Runner putter. There is a forum member review on them going on right now, but without question worth a look. Similar feel, just a different balance and something that through 3 full rounds has been really impressive.
  4. The 659 TC are getting new shafts and a new look! Just pulled all the heads yesterday. Going to do some sort of clean up and then give into it! Should be fun and have been meaning to do this project for weeks and weeks!
  5. Didn't practice much outside of speed training. Was a slightly slower session than my previous but still solid and then I ended up taking apart some golf clubs as I have some work to do to rebuilt a few sets.
  6. I saw Taco Golf and thought this was a smart one. Altho I prefer Tombs as a golfer and personailty, any of the NZ crew would be high on my list just given the courses and places they go and play. Man I miss it down there.
  7. Just waiting for my set of Lamkin grips to fade even the slightest bit and have a full new set of green grips to put on. I thought at first the texture wouldn't quite be to my liking, but my goodness I have come to like these grips.
  8. Been meaning to go further into these final reviews and have it on agenda to do today. Curious who is going to make this their full time driver or not!
  9. Can't believe I haven't commented in this thread. Definitely in the Ya camp, but will say that at least for the moment have found a putter to unseat my Mezz Max
  10. 4am but a good start to the day. Had some pancakes and coffee now off to work for what will be a very long, but I hope fun day.
  11. Mentioned this on the community call, but we are basically booked out till August 1st and still have 4 or 5 booked in August. It will be a full season which is great, but once again we will slow up a bit and focus more on the current reivews before reaching out to more brands.
  12. There have been a few things that have come up recently which I am interested in. The wedges are maybe the most insecure spot in my bag.
  13. Great writeup! I will admit that I did speed read through it, but always love hearing about different members insights about their experiences. Especially demo days.
  14. Thoroughly enjoy being on these and just gotta thank everyone for making these a weekly highlight of mine!
  15. With @Cfhandyman making his debut on the club champion channel with Ian and Mike as well as @Golfspy_CG2 also being a guest a few year back it made me think. If I could be the guest on one channel what would that be? What channel would you want to be on?
  16. https://www.instagram.com/reel/C3kjvlcupYO/?igsh=MXBqMHE1aHM2Mzg4ZQ== This may also be perfect for you
  17. Just instinct. Maybe on the range try to over exaggerate the slow smooth swing?
  18. I am just trying to think of all the stuff I wouldn't need that I would be packing to get it to the weight. Not saying it is a bad thing at all! Just more my own thinking for someone who walks and usually keeps things on the lighter or more minimal side.
  19. Makes sense. That does seem like a lot of weight at the same time!
  20. They often go into promotion folders on Gmail. I'll give it a look either way tho.
  21. If you go into your account settings there are newsletters settings. Check to see what you have there as we have nearly daily newsletters that go out.
  22. Golf balls are a whole other rabbit hole to go down. Yes it can help, but make sure it fits the rest of your game.
  23. Members need to meet a certain threshold for testing. At least we need to have some consistent level of engagement. There are only so many members that meet this. Sure we get 2k registrations but of that only say 2% have 10 or more posts. So the pool is much more limited then you may think. Bottom line we aren't just going to bring in tests to give away equipment for the sake of it. It needs to be balanced with the number of appropriate testers or potential testers we have. We have selected some 150 new testers in the last 18 months. Some have been great, some not. It's a risk we take, but ultimately would prefer to have more ppl who are more engaged. That and it's a lot to manage. This is not my full time job and something all the forum staff do on the side of your work and family life so managing more than 2 per week in peak season would be difficult.
