  5. Have to second the nike method putter. Picked up a s1-12 counterbalance and wow have I seen improvements! Although confidence standing over the ball to make a putt makes a big difference as well.

Took them to the local shop where they fit me for them sent them to ping....cost $24. Set is 4-gap wedge with Nippon modus pro 105 shafts in amazing condition. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy

  12. I've honestly done both. I do find if I'm playing a long par 3 and may want to hit it high and land soft I'll use a tee, however most shorter par 3s I find a good spot on the grass to use. As I've said I've used both methods and could really say I've seen too much of a difference between the two. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  13. Awesome thread. Today it was one main thing which was club selection. There were a couple holes (3,6,13,18) where I really should have clubbed down in order to allow for a more accessible second shot. Hole 3 is a big dog leg right with a landing spot around 170-200 yards. Grabbed my hybrid and didn't get the draw and pushed it instead. Hole 6 simply could have taken 3 wood over driver. It's a par 4 with a slight dip left and a hill about 230 out. Hit this hill and it will run to 150 or better. Cut it far left and left me behind some trees. 13 and I just don't get along. Par 5 and everything slopes right. Large landing area about 200-240 then narrows. Hit driver and tried to get greedy and ended up left rough with bad angles all around. Really could have take hybrid then 7 iron to 130 with a good angle down to a really accessible pin for a bird. Finally 18, par 4 hit 3 wood but ran it through the landing area. It's another hole where a 4 irons or hybrid is a good call but when you hit one good it's hard to complain! Anyway that's what cost me my sub 80 round today...onto the next round Wednesday with some new tactics! Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy

  15. I have a Adams DHY Pro which is very similar to the Ping crossover. They are similar clubs although I do prefer the Adams as the numbers were similar and the price was much much cheaper. From how I found it they were more along the lines of a compact hybrid. Not so much a driving iron and not really a hybrid but a inbetween club. I like some of these other guys am not a huge hybrid fan. I try to like them but just don't quite get along with them and seem to get along better with longer irons. So in went this and although it does come out of the bag the odd time in place of the 5 wood depending on the course, it's a real reliable club for me. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  16. I'm going back out there Thursday for another round and should be able to get some better pictures to post. Definitely has some of the best views in the province.
  17. From the article the ap3 top view looks nearly identical to the cb and ap2. Guess there must be a market for it if they are bringing it out. I do really like the look of all 3 in the new ap series. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy

  19. I've seen the i200 mentioned a lot in this thread (guessing because someone is reviewing them currently!) but looking at the numbers on them in the most wanted...wow they were amazing. Looked like they launched higher then most and other then shot area in the long irons they were right up there with the top 3. Can't wait for the review on them and glad to see Wilson up there! Was there a full chart of all the standings that I missed? Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy

  22. Same here weight back for the fly z+. I find it feels softer and when the weight is forward it feels amazing when struck well, but like a brick when mishit. So weight back and at 10.5 it's been set and I have a very consistent driving distance if not far. It feels so hot off the face when caught well and as soon as it's hit I know. They fitted me weight forward to keep spin down but fairways are more importance then distance for me, hence the switch back Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
