  1. Absolutely. I fit a guy who was wearing extremely comfortable, walking, spineless shoes and he noticed that his scores were going up. We didn’t find him any new driver distance, but I mentioned that his feet were constantly moving. He tried some tour 360s and his handicap immediately began to drop. If your feet hurt during a round or you’re not getting the traction that you want, shoes can play a big part in helping with that. Foot joy did their shoe testing with their tour pros and found that some guys picked up almost 10 yards just by switching shoes. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy

  3. Sweet looking bag! Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  4. No it just affects the type of club that the shafts will fit in. Taylormade is always annoying because their M line is .370 tip and the P line is .355, but their fitting shafts fit all the heads because some shafts fit both styles. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  5. I’ve been playing the PMP wedges the past few years. I wish that they offered a few more grins options. The perform pretty well overall, even though I think that they spin a little less than I would like. Do you notice that they feel a little firmer than the vokeys? It’s a very subjective thing, but I was curious. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  6. I’ve done it with a couple of my Wilson clubs. My F5 hybrid has a tendency to hook left, so I threw a heavier weight in the bottom to help keep the face open a little longer. I switched shafts to something heavier and stiffer, so the standard weight may come back in. With my F5 driver, I was missing more right (bad swing, not the club’s fault) so I threw the lightest weight in and it helped me square up a little better. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  7. Usually a two year life cycle on everything. We got new C line this past year so D and F should be in the works! We will find out in January. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  8. 35 I'm on year twelve of my teaching career in high school. Like Badams69, my teacher salary isn't exactly what I need it to be. I work in a top 100 golf shop from February to August and have done that the past 4 years. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  9. Fall golf is beautiful, but finding your ball in the leaves sucks! Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  10. Like complete dog bleep. Played 9 holes and had no birdie putts.🤮 Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  11. I've got two jobs and two kids. Getting out to play is rare and going just to practice is rarer still. Congrats on the new little one, but expect your time on the course and on the range to diminish greatly. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  12. Looks like they moved a little more weight towards the toe like 65 series from Srixon. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  13. I know Mike Weir and a few other tour guys tried this and it ruined them. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  14. Were you just flighting the 8 iron or do you have some major distance gaps with these irons? Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  15. Played Moose Ridge in South Lyon, MI for the first time. I hit a good tee shot, but the huge tree in the middle of the fairway knocked me down. I had 246 to the flag on the par 5 18. Hit a 3 iron with a fade that landed just short and left and rolled across the green to about 2ft. for eagle. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  16. Finally got out for the first time yesterday. Short open course with no real trouble. I feel like I didn't really make any putts or strike the ball that well but still ended up with a 74. I'll take it! Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  17. Tour Edge makes great equipment! A lot of it flies under the radar but I had the old Xtreme spin wedges with the interchangeable weights and those things were awesome. I wish I still had them. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  18. I don't like hitting fairways from the ground so I go right from my 3 iron to my 16 degree hybrid. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  19. It's going to help a little bit but not that much. If you really need to lower ball flight, you need a club with less loft that will kill the spin. Try an 8.5 M3 set to lower with both weights pushed all the way forward and a rogue silver 70X. If you're spinning that too much, you have a swing flaw that's causing that much spin. 20. Thursday it was 75 and sunny. Today I woke up to my car completely covered in ice. Pure Michigan. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy

  23. All wedges are pretty easy to bend even though they are cast. It's a 5 minute adjustment. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  24. Fit a kid for an F8+ today. Longer, straighter, lower spinning than everything else he tried. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  25. So based on the lineup, was his choice the style and shape that you would have ended up with if you were doing it on your own? Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
