  1. Knowing Nunfa he is juicing for the Cobra Challenge. Probably going to need him to pee in a cup before all is said and done. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  2. Bardle, we are right where we want to be going into the challenge. Solid driving and now we will dial in the single length irons to put us in a good position for the easy win. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  3. Just like Maximum Security in the Derby? Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  4. Bardle you should be at the range, with the Cobras right now! I need you to focus! Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  5. Do any of you guys fight a push or fade? Can this club help with that? Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  6. Hello and welcome! I love Westford, well, my kids love the mini golf and ice cream at Kimball Farm. I’m glad Mr. Hicksta dragged you along. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  7. Yeah the test got in my head too. I played the duo pro 4 straight days in Florida. Never lost a ball but changed them out after each round. 2 days I averaged a little over 240 off the tee and the other 2 days averaged 222 off the tee. Same conditions same lame ass swing. Was it me? The ball? Probably me but I’m blaming the ball. Thing is the 240 days were days 1 and 3. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  8. I’m glad I could help! Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  9. Congrats Stroker! But dude why would you drive down your handicap? I’m joking, keep it up! Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  10. Bummer about the weather but would like to hear your thoughts on the driver when you do play. Keep us posted. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  11. My company can do it. Sent a PM. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  12. Latest tweet from My Golf Spy. No doubt I’d watch this. Thinking we should do a LIVE Golf Ball Test. What do you think? This would end the debate once and for all. Soft is slow. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  13. Go buy them! I get better results from heavier steel but damn those clubs with the Recoils are so nice to hit. Effortless! I looked into them for my Launchers and they are discontinued. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  14. I’ve shot in the 70’s 16 times in my life. All but one of those rounds I was using 2 piece non urethane balls. Mostly with Top Flite D2 Feel or Wilson Duo golf balls. My best round ever was with the Srixon Z Star. After the MGS test I’m sticking to the Z Star for two reasons, the ball test got into my head and I am confident I am getting a very consistent golf ball. Whatever you do I think you adjust to the ball you are playing and most importantly per the testing, find one ball and stick with it. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  15. Picked up a four pack of 4 More Yards tees. It’s reassuring knowing next time out I’ll get 4 more yards of the tee. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  16. Happy Birthday! I picked up the D7 3 hybrid the other day and it is probably the easiest to hit hybrid I have ever hit. The stock steal shafts did nothing for me, the Recoil shaft peaked my interest then the KBS 105s have me in ponder mode. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  17. Really solid response so props to Bridgestone. I’m kinda getting the feeling MGS said what a lot of ball manufacturers wanted to say. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  18. I went to the range today and the club pro was giving lessons to the guy next to me. He had the F9 one lengths and boy was he struggling with them. He moved to the driver and the pro had him wait until the fairway on the right cleared before he’d let him hit. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a slice like his. I wanted to hit his clubs so bad but I left them alone. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  19. Yep, I’m a big Nunfa fan, just a great line! Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  20. That is the best line yet and he’s not even in the competition. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  21. I think the article mentioned a wayward shot or two at the 115 swing speed and that dropped it to a lower ranking. But I’m certainly no expert on this subject. I’m mid 90s and played it a lot last year and think it is great. Probably the straightest ball off the tee I have ever played. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  22. Yes, I'd say they are crappy for $35 a dozen because in the US they are $29.99 a dozen. But I do think this is a pretty good ball depending on your swing speed. I don't think it tested well at 115 MPH but as speeds get slower the performance seems to get better.
  23. Yellow or white? I guess there was a bit of a difference in the balls tested. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  24. The more I look at the numbers it seems like the ProV1x is what may be best for me. I mentioned in another thread I found one after being told I should never play a ball with an x on the end of it and it was the longest and straightest ball I hit that day. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
