  1. Day 2 at the Waldorf-Astoria course in Orlando and shaved a stroke off yesterday’s score for an 88. All TM rental bag and the clubs were fine but was charged full price for cart path only and no yardage markers where you needed them. M4 driver was straight as an arrow but a little shorter for me. Came up long and short a lot. Grrrr..... Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  2. This begs the question what would you do? Wasn’t he due $16,500,000 for showing up? For that I’d bust it outside, pull a hammy and sit out the season. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  3. Just shot an 89 at the Waldorf Astoria course in Orlando. Rented TaylorMade M4s, cart path only, no laser, and the cart gps was in meters. Despite all that it was obvious these clubs go for miles. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  4. Walk away Rob....walk away. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  5. Did Bryson have it in the bag to win the Shriners today? Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  6. I’m happy to hear they are getting better for you. I honestly have to play close attention to setting the club face square each shot or I will lose them right as well. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  7. Did someone mention golf in Florida this March? RevKev, Foz and MattF. I’ll be down there in March. If the dates match up and you need a fourth let me know? Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  8. I guess it wouldn’t be the worst problem to have but I really am curious if there is enough gain to warrant equipment changes. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  9. Any of you think you may need stiffer flex shafts in your clubs once you peak? Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  10. Nice tackling Ohio State. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  11. One thing that has been great this year is testing opportunities are announced late Thursday on the forum and on the blog Friday morning. Testers are then announced the following Thursday. Knowing this is great. Maybe a great next step is combining stage 1 and 2 and creating a calendar so all reviews hit at different times to avoid overlap. For example Mizuno testing announced April 1 with final review June 1. Cleveland testing announced April 8 with final review on June 8. This not only provides testers with timelines but we get a full set of product reviews every week instead of a little of this and a little of that along the way. As always banter and questions as we go. Testers need to understand the commitment they make and fulfill those obligations while providing the readers ease of info. Also tester group policing and more communication amongst the group of same product testers should be encouraged to keep all on track. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  12. Hey 3putter the suspense is killing me. Did you take them out yesterday? Thoughts? Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  13. Only thing I can think of that I would like to see is clearly defined timelines for forum member testing opportunities. For example when testing opportunities are announced also post the expectations that stage 1 will be competed on X date and stage 2 completed on X date or stage 1 within 2 weeks of receiving product etc.... The top secret Bridgestone testing was awesome not because it was top secret. IMO it was because all stage 1s were posted within 24 hours of one another. On the other hand the testing I participated in over the summer we still await a stage 2. Defining timelines also helps potential testers determine if they can meet those expectations. I’d also recommend contact info from all testers go to the mods if follow up is needed. If you need someone to follow up I will be happy to do it so we understand if life is getting in the way or if they are D-bags. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  14. I purchased an iPhone strictly for Arccos use that did not have cell service and I think HardcoreLooper did as well. I’d be happy to answer any questions you have. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  15. I’m currently accepting donations. Seriously though you’d kick them for the Srixons? As much as I love the Launchers I can see myself with maybe moving to Srixons or Mizunos in the scoring irons. Maybe 8-gap so I’m curious. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  16. Great...let us know how you like them? It took me one round to adjust. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  17. Cool, thanks! I'm sure I can make my way down there fairly easily. Or I could wait until spring but where's the fun in that.
  18. Thanks for the follow-up Rob. I need to be in Philly next Wednesday the 17th. I will see if anyone in that area has them to hit.
  19. Can't do the 27th since it was 2 weeks ago. All I have is next Tuesday if I want to stay married.
  20. I'm sure they are sold out after the reviews we did! Okay, maybe not but enjoy them when they get there. What shafts did you get?
  21. Still listing the JGR driver as "Coming Soon" on the Bridgestone website. Wasn't it supposed to launch on the 8th? If that doesn't change I will be in MD hitting Rob's next Tuesday.
  22. Thanks for the updates guys. I’d love to get a hold of that driver for a few swings but nobody has them in stock yet around me. Keep us posted if you become aware of any national agreements they may get. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  23. Yes it’s rare thankfully. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  24. Don’t even get me started on this subject. I understand people have busy lives but if selected you better show up and fulfill your commitment. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  25. Thanks for the follow up. I know you say it’s worth the price and knowing what you know now would you have paid the 2k to go? Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
