    This really worked well. The insulation I think was the old cellulose stuff. Vacuumed pretty much all of it out last time but still some remnants today and no problems in the shower.

    Glad it helped. Don't know where you would find it but we had a product call skin glove (I think) it worked better than just lotion.

    Damn old blown in insulation no matter how long I showered in the cold water it still stayed on my arms now they have this red rash from it. Glad I wear a respirator though or I'd be hurting breathing wise.

    Next time rub arms down liberally with hand cream /lotion. It will help to make a barrier. Then shower afterwards. I use to work in fiberglass in aircraft manufacturing.

    Anyone else try and replicate tour pros swings? I've been watching a lot of Thomas Pieters lately, going to try and closely mimic it. As I'm 6'6”, he's the only one that comes close at 6'5” I believe.

    Talk about boring: sitting here listening to my daughter read her US History book as she does her homework. I'm it sure what she is trying to accomplish. Apparently she doesn't process information quietly

    I honestly can't remember the last time I walked a golf course. It's been at least 30 years. All the guys I've played with ride and it's part of my membership so we automatically load up the carts when we arrive.

     

    I actually think I would enjoy walking at times. Three major knee surgeries and one broken hip has been a deterrent.
