Was warm today in FL. Had the usual group of 8 old farts (65-75). I had a great front 39 but stumbled a bit in the back with a triple and shot 42. Happy with the 81, best round I've had since my bout with C Diff. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy

I have one 16oz cup every morning. Usually Starbucks dark roast with a little cream. Brew it in a Keurig from fresh roast not the K cups. Works for me. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy

Walked every time I played except at Tournaments where carts were mandatory. Unfortunately 5 years ago at age 65 I tore meniscus in right knee while walking and carrying bag at the time. Not fun. Went to Doc had it checked out and got the news that I will need a knee replacement in near future. So for right now I'm using my cart and will for foreseeable future. Lucky that we do live in a cart development with over 50,000 carts at last check a few years ago. Bottom line I'm over 70 and my walking 18 is over. Maybe after my replacement I'll walk 9.
