I am 80 year old 10.2 USGA handicap.. Presently using Callaway 5-PW Epic forged irons.
The Callaway Epic Forged are not ez to hit a fade or draw. I like to hit the ball how a hole is set up.
Have used Titleist AP1 cast irons. Like forged because of softer feel.
Would like to test the Wilson forged to compare soft feel and flexibility of ball flight.

Sometimes the more you know, the more you realize just how little you actually know. That’s certainly been the case with the ball market in 2019 where MyGolfSpy’s testing started to peel back the layers revealing some rather uncomfortable findings regarding performance, consistency and how in the name of Zeus’ beard a package of one-dozen balls could actually be comprised of several fundamentally different balls.
Maxfli’s answer to all of this is a ball with Center of Gravity Balancing Technology which it asserts can produce a straighter (and higher) ball flight. While the jury is still out on what amounts to built-in Check-Go-Pro, functionality the Maxfli Tour and Maxfli Tour X CG balls are a surprisingly competent offering from the guy's at Dicks Sporting Goods.

We’re going to let TWELVE of our trusted forum members decide and tell the rest of the MGS Community and us all about it. We are looking for twelve members to test the Maxfli Tour and Tour X balls.

The biggest story in golf for 2017 may very well prove to be the golf ball.
One of the biggest names in the growing direct-to-consumer golf ball market is definitely VICE GOLF. After doing some preliminary testing on several Vice products, we see why. Our conclusion so far: These guys get it.
Today, MyGolfSpy readers are getting an exclusive opportunity to test a not-yet-released ball called the VICE PRO SOFT. Pretty cool right?
We think Vice is making some incredible gear, but we want you to tell us what you think.
ABOUT VICE GOLF
THE VICE MODEL: The Vice model is simple, they think high-quality, tour-level golf balls shouldn't cost a fortune.
ABOUT THE VICE PRO SOFT
The Vice PRO SOFT has been designed for players with medium or lower club head speeds who want to bring their game to the next level.
Vice says the new ball offers extra-long distance off the tee, outstanding feel, and plenty of spin for control around the green.
Overview of features:
- Extremely low core compression of only 35
- 3-Piece Cast Urethane Cover
- Newly designed BJ13 resin paint coating formula
- Nanotechnology matte clear coating for grip and feel
- Anti-glare effect and 100% color fidelity
- 336 dimple design
- Low dispersion
- Ultra-soft feel
- Tremendous distance off the tee

I am a 83 year old male with a 8.6 USGA handicap. I presently tested Red Hot Laser link, Garmin Approoach S62 and Bushnell V4 jolt. All are good products but have some short comings. Would like to see if the range finder matches any or these products.
