I quit golfing 2 summers ago in mid August. Second hole tee shot was a dead SH#!K right through someone's back slider... with my PW. I was playing out of my mind before that in the mid to low 70's... gave it up for one piss poor shot. Edit: I am back now, last year was relearning the basics, can't keep me down. Fixed that flaw, hopefully get back to those low 70's, but if not I'm just gonna enjoy the game and except the fact that I'm just gonna suck sometimes. - Alan

In about 10-15 years if any of you take a Vaction to Chincoteague Island, VA. Look me up, I'll be running a coffee roastery/bagel/breakfast shop. Ah... retirement dreams. So every weekend for the past 2 years I make at least one omelette. Pretty much the same thing every time. My wife hates tacos (who hates tacos) so I make myself a taco omelette instead. 1. Ham / Bacon 2. Jalapeño 3. Onion 4. Red / Green Bell 5. Serrano Pepper 6. Cilantro 7. Radish 8. And mix in a few in season vegetables But today I didn't have any cilantro, and I wasn't paying attention, chopped up an entire jalapeño and didn't seed it. First bite was a mighty surprise. Music on the course... I'm not one to complain much, my golf season is 4-5 months max, and I'm wearing a snowmobile suit for 2 of those. But I can't stand listening to the latest rap music coming from a giant a$$ speaker that the whole course can hear. First round of the year today, drunk a$$es stumbling all over the place, with some great music playing... I almost left the course. If you want to listen to music go to a damn concert. First Tee [emoji1360] Told you strokerace every round I pull a Phil from the straw. Cleared it too. Greens were like glue... how does this happen? I usually use that little back stop to help, not this time I guess. Bunch of punks blaring music and having a giant party out here. Stuff like that makes me want to give this game up. I come out here for the peace and quiet. Not for 50¢ and Colt 45. Wind was 25mph+ I hit the 2 iron all day. It's my new favorite club. It's a 712u 3 iron bent to 19°. Forged goodness. Every once and a while I'll get on the YouTube looking for a new shot or something. I think if YouTube was around when I started golfing 20 years ago I would be a heck of a lot better. Working on my 100 yard and in. My neighbors are on vacation so... I hit them over the trees "on accident", getting the basics back down. My grip drifted to weak over the winter. Got it back, easier to manufacture shots now. Officially pulling the 60° out of the bag for good. 56° is my one stop shop for accuracy and dial a distance. Throwing darts from 30, 40 and 50 yards.
