I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Callaway's customer service. I'm now a customer for life. I had the blue head big bertha from years ago. 2013 maybe? Loved that driver bought it on sale when out was already a year old. I think I paid $179. After about my eighth round this year I noticed on my arcoss that I'd lost 60 yards. I immediately went to YouTube to try to fix my swing. Didn't work obviously. So I paid for my first lesson ever. In 3 swings the professional says "you know your driver is broken right." Ugh! Never crossed my mind. So thinking I'm buying a new driver and the family accountant will kill me if I spend $500 on a driver I hit ever $350 drivers out there. The manager at the store I but all my clubs from asked if he could send it to Callaway I said sure. I figured maybe they'll send me a $50 gift card. Apparently the Callaway rep told the manager that they would warranty it but they don't have that head anymore. So fit him for the epic. The store gave me a free custom fitting on a $500 club they get no money for. Wow. I'm still speechless. Anyone else had run ins good or bad with golf customer service? For my money you cannot but a better 3 wood. The feel, the forgiveness, the difference from any lie. And I do mean ANY lie!! When I was fit they took out on the grass driving range and put the ball in a massive divot. Hit out of it with no issues. Since then I've even hit it out sand which for how steep my swing is I find unbelievable. And if you like their drivers right now the deal is buy a driver and get a free fairway wood or hybrid. If Callaway wasn't amazing with customer service and send me a free epic I would've gotten the f7+ And free hybrid.

Having the same issue and found a crack on the toe. Naturally couldn't be the heel. But plenty of life left in the middle of the face no difference in my numbers unless I get toey.

The f7 3 wood is absolutely epic! It even beats out the sub zero and m2 tour for me. And think of it as buying the 3wood you were going to buy anyways and getting 50% off a new driver. 😁

I would love to test vice as I haven't had the opportunity to hit any. But I can't add my name to the mix due to extreme testing of the e6. Good luck all

Don't skip a brand you don't see or hear much of. I used to skip Wilson and am now kicking my ass for buying pings last year without trying Wilson.

Look at the Wilson tour v6's. 35 degree 7 iron they are modern clubs with weak lofts. They do still exist.
