  1. Lol totally play golf left handed, and batted in baseball from the left side. I'm mostly blind in my right eye from taking a baseball to the right temple. Which is also ironically the reason I started playing golf. I thought I was the only one for a very very long time.
  2. Oh poop! I'm the same way [emoji52]
  3. They look amazing! Wish they made them in lefty Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  4. I haven't in 20 years have warn a glove. Not about to start! I wanted to know thoughts on grips..... I have used Winn for the better part of that 20 years and now I'm looking for a change. They have become too soft and too fragile I feel. So what are your thoughts? What should be the next grip I should try?

  6. The last time I went looking for shafts I found the glorious yellow and purple shaft known as the proforce gold. I have also been using rifle in my irons for as long as I can remember. UST seems to have stopped making them, and it appears that Rifle got bought by True Temper so I was forced to start looking on eBay. It has been really hard finding exactly what I want has made me start looking around at different shaft manufacturers. I know fitting would help, but I would like to have some sort of idea what I might be looking at. So the question is....... What shafts are you using? Do you love them or are you still tinkering with finding something better?
  7. I'm an hour away in Ft. Collins but I'm in!! Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  8. I started looking for a new driver. I have gamed an old firesole from TM and then moved on to Titleist. They had some great offerings from the 975D and one of my favorites the 975J. I'm now running with a 909D3 now and have looked at the newer Titleist stuff. I was just unimpressed with it. So I got a wild hair and started looking at everything I could find on drivers. Krank golf popped up and as a company I found them very interesting. My question is does anyone have any experience using there products and if so what are your thoughts.
  9. No worries and it's just hard to find specifics to finish a set some times. Especially since its like 15 years old. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  10. I recently bought a set of Ben Hogan Apex. They are amazing! The set didn't include an 8 iron or a PW. I have searched and searched but I can't find eater one on eBay. Does anyone have suggestions? Even if it's just the iron heads I would love some help! (Also I'm a lefty) Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  11. Love hogans have two sets. I would love to be showing that amazing bag off! Great score!!!!! Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  12. I haven't had the opportunity to hit the m2's yet. I can only assume that they are really good because of how many people are using them. Have you tried them off the deck at all? I tend to use my hybrid more off the fairway or a tight lie. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  13. Something that I found on a blind whim I guess you could say and I know it's old. Sonartec hybrids are amazing! I'm only running the 21* but it is the most forgiving and easy to hit I have in my bag. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  14. Pick and choose they do. It is really hard to find a complete set from anyone. I hope that will change one day. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  15. Putters......... they are so hard to find it is very frustrating. Callaway does some amazing things but I feel that's only because of Phil. Who is is amazing, but they don't appeal to me all that much. Which in a sense is like an oxymoron because they are owned by Callaway. I have started looking at taylormade again but it is just so hard to drop that much coin on anything these days. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  16. I totally feel you on the gloves. I have moved away from using a glove because of that fact. The only reason I was able to do that was because of Winn grips. They are the so sticky and comfortable that they're the only grips I have used for a long time. What hybrids are you using? I have considered a couple different brands as well as driving irons, but I'm still on the fence. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  17. This may sound sad but I'm still rocking a duel force 550 that I think I paid like $60 for back in the late 90's. I really like the Newport 2.5 but the newer models don't come in lefty and eBay is really hit or miss. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  18. Drivers for what ever reason are really easy. Irons are not as bad but the selection narrows like wedges. I have to agree with you on putters though I have had the same putter for 17 years! I would love to try something different but what fits my eye is really hard to find. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  19. It may sound funny but I have resorted to eBay and custom makers like Mann crafted or if you have the money Tyson lamb. Still frustrating not being able to get the same products as the righties in my playing group. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  20. I am a lefty and very proud of that fact. The struggle I have with the equipment environment these day(although it has gotten better in recent years) is the selection for a left handed golfer is very limited. For example: Your looking for a new club putter, irons or driver what have you. Do a ton of research make a choice and when you go to buy said club come to find it's right handed only or not the loft you wanted. I understand that it's a business, but it can be really frustrating to be so limited sometimes by what is available. I'm just wondering what other lefties out there think and have done to navigate this issue. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  21. I third that! It's so difficult sometimes to find lefty stuff with the limited selection. I have been struggling to find a putter, been using the same putter for the last 17 years. Lol Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  22. Hogans look amazing! I have the same problem, play from the wrong side of the ball! Lol Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  23. I would also recommend using the ripper on the back of the pocket more than the front. The seam ripper is very sharp and if your not carful you can put a hole through what your trying to pull the sticking from. hope this helps.
