  1. Indoors only on trackman. It’s the first time I’ve moved the weight around and adjusted the hosel setting. It was recommended weight back on 9*. Now it’s more of a penetrating ball flight, which I love. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  2. I’m playing a tournament this weekend so I’m definitely out on that, but I’m sure I’ll take several tee shots with my hybrid/fw. Very tight course around 6800 yds. We’ll see if being conservative off the tee pays off, I believe it will. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  3. I done some tinkering on my driver with the weight and hosel adjustments. Now I have the weight near the face and the hosel turned down to 8*. Played a 9 hole scramble last night, let’s just say we used my drive 7 out of the 9 holes [emoji57]. It was the absolute best I’ve hit this driver so far. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  4. IMO getting fit helped on my misses, but the Epic Flash was a little longer (that I wasn’t fit for) All in all I truly believe the F9 is very forgiving. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  5. It doesn’t matter to me what’s stamped on the club as long as it performs. At one point I had 5 different manufacturers in my bag, because that’s what worked at the time. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  6. 1 I also gamed GI irons, so no real difference there, maybe a tad longer. 2 Clubs Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  7. I came from game improvement irons, so there’s no big difference I can think of. I can however hit a big draw with my irons when I want to, cannot get one to fade to save my life. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  8. I have the precision pro nx7 with slope, so it’s rangefinder all the way. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  9. My answer is coming soon, real soon. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  10. Wanting to perform well, you know just not last[emoji23]. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  11. A little sticky out today. And no it’s not raining. The sun is out and it’s hotter than a $2 pistol. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  12. I have the iwatch series 2. Have used it a couple of times and it works perfect. Just don’t like wearing a watch while playing. Haven’t looked at the caddie suggestions so don’t know what I’m going to do yet. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  13. Little one horse town course Green County CC. Next door to Campbellsville Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  14. Not sure you’ll like my avatar, but welcome from south central KY (about an hour and 15-20 minutes south) Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  15. I was say Cobra is definitely underrated when it comes to irons and wedges. I wouldn’t have even look at them if I was going for a fitting. I guess it’s just a marketing thing?? Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  16. I had problems when my phone was in it’s waterproof case, once I took it out, no problems. I’m not going with the link. I use a iPhone XR and I don’t see a huge battery loss. Played 36 Saturday using the Arccos and still had 50 something percent left Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  17. Apparently I have 2 more rounds to post from last weekend. As you can see, not any better last week. I think it’s now 16-54 30% who knows Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  18. It was!! I told you the finish is amazing. I was standing on a highway when I took that pic, 1 foot from being OB [emoji51] Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  19. Might as well do my wedge review tonight as I’m not playing tomorrow after 36 today. First of all my old wedges were Nike set gap wedge, Callaway Mack daddy forged 56,60. I went with 50,54,58 with the PW being 44*. I took a picture the day I received my clubs I guess the notch on the bottom is where the “versatile grind” comes in. As you can see they are very nice to look at. I was worried about the finish after several rounds, but to my surprise they are holding up very well. This is after at least 20 rounds and 10-12 range sessions, and I didn’t even clean them for that pic. It took me a couple range sessions and a couple of rounds to start hitting these “good” (good for my standards). I think it was just getting used to a new club, happens to me on every new club I get. Now I have the upmost confidence when I have one of these wedges in my hand. Last weekend in my tournament I had this lie It killed me to hit my 58 off that rock, but it was Sunday and I was in the running for a prize. Glad I did because I saved par, and won a titleist hybrid. It didn’t even leave a mark on the sole. I don’t know what kind of tech they’ve put into the grooving, but they hit and stop, sometimes I even get them to spin back. This week was all about getting up and down. Below is the summary of my 4 rounds played this week. Started off strong, then it got bad. For a grand total of 13-39 33%. Not to good if you ask me, but maybe it’s good enough. 20. Only course I had trouble with was a course I played in Myrtle Beach. It was a 27 hole course broken into 3 9s. I never could figure out which 9 I was playing and neither could Arccos. But other than that it’s had every course I’ve played. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  21. Let me rephrase that. My gaping is fine. I would take the 4 iron out and replace it with a 62* wedge (if I could). From 100 and in I have to start taking some off. My course is fairly short, so I’m usually 100 and in. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  22. 1. Different wedge degrees 2. We spent 2 hours in the fitting, so no. 3. Never used shot scope so no opinion there, but, after the challenge is over I probably won’t use Arccos anymore. Not that it’s bad or anything, I don’t like having my phone in my pocket and I know how far I hit my clubs. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  23. I’m gonna attempt to play today. Smashed my thumb yesterday with a big ass hammer. It’s killing me but I’m gonna play just to make sure I keep my momentum going. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  24. I start with 1/4 58* shots then 1/2 3/4 finish with full 58* shots. That’s just to get warmed up. Then it’s 7 iron, hybrid, driver. Driver is to figure out what “shot” I’m going to be playing that day, could be a fade, draw, or the lovely straight ball. Then it’s 4 balls with driver to hit a high fade for one specific hole (#3 at my course). 5 minutes of putting, then 5 minutes of chipping. Pretty simple for me. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  25. After playing Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday I’m taking a few days off. I’ll be back at it possibly Thursday, Friday for sure. With temps in the mid 90s with heat index’s over 100, makes it hard to want to go play after I’ve worked all day outside. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
