Golf pad works well there is a free version that you can log where you hit the ball from and it measures the distance of you shots and tracks your score as you go. The yardages are accurate I tested it against my range finder a few times and it was very close.

I try not to go to the gym too much because my shoulders get too dang big. My shoulders are big enough from years of doing strongman and powerlifting. When I do go go the gym it's for cardio and I use the bands to try to increase my flexibility. Bands to work on your core are also key and help your swing.

Not sure yet. Have a few paths that I can go down so weighing all my options. Hoping that the path that is best will be one that gets me closer to home. 

Only played 8 back got really tight on the last two holes of that 8. I couldn’t even hit my driver on 9 because of how tight it was. I didn’t swing hard at all and my furthest drive was a whopping 250 that’s well short of my normal drives. I was +8 through the 8 and most of that was the last two holes and the first. I was par or bogey with one birdie. I can see doing more than 9 is quite a ways off.

Bill, to be honest Martha plays several times a week with ladies from her league, and when we play together, she has... on more than one occasion... driven by my tee!!  😱  Yes, she drives the cart!  I used to drive but I got tired of her complaining about what I do... or don't do when I drive.  So now I just ride and keep my mouth shut.  🤐  All good now.
