As I'm reading these threads I find myself "asking what do these people do?" and how old you are too...
 
I'm 32 and I've been a high school Biology teacher for the last 9 years... I teach in a not so great community, and over the years I've had some great students and some terrible students... I've had students that have Super Bowl rings, and students in jail for murder... plus numerous other stories that I think are funny, but most people are disgusted...
Overall I love my job, and although there are some rough kids (maybe 10%), the good kids by far make up for them... Watching them walk across the stage is a great feeling...
 
So what do you do?

I'm in... Sounds like fun.

Have to say i really appreciate this message. It really doesn't take much to set a lineup and with so many ppl wanting to take part it really sucks when teams go MIA. Not just for the competitiveness of the league but also trading and overall engagement. 
Only question I have is if there are any will it be a option as was last season to replace a owner midseason? 

Just putting this out there for everyone, right now this is going to be the biggest league we've ever undertaken on this forum for fantasy sports, but with that comes a double edge sword. I'm not saying this to threaten teams, but to set in the sand what our expectations are of you as players.
We'll be busy behind the scenes trying to get everything to work, but if you give up on this league I personally guarantee you won't be asked back or allowed in any other fantasy league we do. Be competitive and try, that's what we ask, if you can't make that low bar, we have no problem cutting you loose at season's end.
 

I am in again.  Fine with any format for the scoring.   Also need to include a rule that trading with @blackngold_bloodis strictly against the rules.....I am actually surprised I haven't seen a trade proposal in this thread. 

Few thoughts for the new at this. First, hit that Follow button at the top of the thread to keep abreast of all potential updates and changes. Second, we do have a Slack for Fantasy Sports if you aren't already a member, we may start a golf specific channel shortly once signups are good so stay tuned on that front. Lastly, @blackngold_blood is our defending champion, so don't trade with him 😉

I'm in again...  I haven't been active on the forums much (since I haven't been out on the course at all this year) but I'll never miss on opportunity for Fantasy...

I was just talking about people like you today at work (I'm a teacher)... It seems that most high schools are only pushing kids to go to college, and they are not giving them any other choice... In my opinion, the world needs SKILLED professional workers... not every student is going to college, and we MUST give them other options...

Well, after 2 bad weeks of being on vacation and not touching my lineup, I currently have all 4 player in the top 7.  I need to work some magic to get into the playoffs, and these guys are doin it for me...  Certainly an interesting game...

OK... so 3 weeks in and I'm 3-3  every week I end up with 1 win and 1 loss, I guess still getting a win is good, but I'd like a 2 win week.
