  1. Just heard of the new Cleveland CBX wedges. They are marketed as a forgiving, toe weighted cavity back wedge. I typically do okay with my blade wedges, but am curious to hear thoughts. I mean, why not get extra forgiveness, if their claims around versatility of shots is valid?

  2. I've been gaming a Miura K-grind for the past 1.5 months. It comes in 52*, 56*, and 60*. I play in northern CA where the ground can be hard during the summer. I took the 56* and bent it into 54* with 10* bounce. cuts through the green side rough like butter. very easy to hit out of side hill and tricky down hill lies. touch and feel is soft- excellent. but, it really digs into the fairway and tight lies, especially when hitting full shots. the specs are below. I like this club better than my mizuno T5 52* wedge.

    Loft 52° 56° 60°

    Lie 63.5 63.5 63.5

    Offset 0.050 0.070 0.170

    Bounce Angle 7° 12° 13°

  3. I've hit the JPX 900, stock stiff shaft in 8.5* at a demo day. no launch monitor. the ball jumped off the face. great sound and feel. love the feel of the compact head and adjustable options.
