  1. Ended up going with citristrip. Tried lab grade acetone, since I'm a chemist. It wouldn't work simply by rubbing and with PXG irons I couldn't soak the head for fear of something going wrong with the screws, etc. Half hour with citristrip and you can scratch out the paint. A few hours of letting the gel sit and it just falls off. Thanks for all the help!

  3. I am really interested in removing the paint from some of my irons and giving them a custom paint fill. I was curious what people are using to remove the current paint and any setup/tools needed to successfully refresh the clubs look with new paint!
