    Bill Higgins from Louisville Kentucky. Currently use FootJoy rain gear. Worst rain I played in was last year at Valhalla in October. Over an inch of rain during the round and the temperature never reached over 42 degrees. We've had 3.34 inches of rain so far this month and expect rain 12 of the next 15 days.
