Thank you for the info. Much appreciated. Memory, I had read your post and as soon as I saw your message... yup, there's that.
Have a standard group my wife and I play with and one of the guys had some health problems so we moved up for him. He is getting better but I don't think he will ever play "longer". I play from the longer tee if the fourth wants to play there so my game stays rounded.
Good reviews all around for these clubs. I am a Callaway guy mostly and my Steelheads are getting old rapidly. Not sure what the replacement is just yet.
That is some men's club rule to allow movement up. As is, at 70, I still wouldn't make your clubs requirement. My main course drew the line at 67 for monthly tournament play. Not even sure how they came up with that as it is a military course and most of us vets still can hit it. Not complaining though.

Falcon Dunes. I am a retired Marine. I also live in Pebble Creek but only play there in the summer. where do you play?

I had to look it up. Nice you have the option of a military course. I play Aguila all winter and join Raven in summer because it is completely tree lined and provides much needed shade when it gets over 100* ... but also play some of the high end courses June - September under $50 when they charge $300+ in winter.

It is pretty crazy here in the winter money wise. Just read an article that the high end Scottsdale courses are making record revenue with stacked t sheets. We enjoy other courses here on the west side during the summer. I remember when I first got here playing Verrado all summer for $200, including cart and range balls. It is almost the daily fee out there now. Falcon Dunes is a pretty good course with elevation changes on every hole. It was really quiet when just retired military or federal government could play there. It opened up to everyone military a couple of years ago which I applauded, but the crowding is a little much in the winter. The Pebble Creek courses are unimaginative but there are 3 of them, so that's good. Still, sadly, need all the winter visitors to just go home.
