  1. Count me in as well. Need a lot of motivation and this will hopefully help. Fitness goals: • Drop 20lbs • Hit the gym at least 3 days a week starting out (job offers multiple discounts to different gyms so this should be no excuse) • Eat healthy This has been a rough year as I just retired from the military and began my civilian career.
