  1. For me it's the sunk cost factor. I feel that I am more likely to go and play at least a few holes if "it's already paid for" so I feel as though I actually will make time to play more. I previously belonged to a local course that had a 5 hole loop back to the clubhouse, a nine hole loop and a 12 hole loop. Played alot of "mini" rounds. Of course, I'm not a range rat and like to get my practice in on course.
  2. I got the V3 because I hate paying annual subscriptions. I used Game Golf before they kinda went belly up. I like the watch and the tags, although I'd prefer a system that easily and without extra cost integrated with my Apple watch... I've seen lots of posts about people that have issues with finding a course, or missing shots. I've fortunately not had any issues with finding a course. Of course it misses a few shots a round, but rarely more than 4 or 5 and it doesn't take me more than 10 minutes to edit my round. I use The Grint to track score and statistics during the round and simply compare when editing. I find the statistics to be just right. I mainly use it for the club distances and it has helped me tremendously in pulling the right club for the upcoming shot. Also very useful information for putting, (60% miss short) but I haven't fully integrated that in game yet.
  3. I like the Martini step up. It's virtually indestructible, easy to find, and most importantly consistent tee high for the driver. I put a Martini and a short tee in my pocket on the first tee and put them away on 18.
  4. I'm starting the search for an electric golf caddie, however, and having a hard time swallowing $1,000 + for a new one. Wondering if there is a market for used caddies and if someone has a provider that they reccomend?
  5. -6 will be the winning score.... if the wind doesn't blow
  6. Rory Mcilrory Phil Mickelson Graeme McDowell Jim Furyck Alex Noren -5
