  1. Looking for advice here. I need new wedges but want to know if i should do a fitting or get them in the same wedges as my irons? Also considering a utility club with the same question, match to the irons get fitted? I can appreciate the advantages of getting professionally fitted but that cost adds up. Interested to hear what thoughts are out there on this! Thanks!
  2. Chris Estero, FL Krank F6 (really need a new driver! haha) 18 Handicap 118 TSi3 only because I'm assuming it is the more spin reducing of the two.
  3. Anybody have any tips on how to make hitting into a net actually worth the practice? I mean if I can't see where the ball is going (I've been working on not over drawing/hooking irons) how do I know if the practice is doing me any good and not just creating bad habits that'll have to be corrected when I can see where the ball is going? Maybe I just need a launch monitor...anybody got a fancy one they want to let me borrow? haha

  6. Chris, Florida 19.2 handicap, 120 swing speed Krank F6 I'd love to try the G410 plus!
  7. Name: Chris State: Florida Current setup: Krank F6 with Fujikura inertia in x Fitted: No and I've been considering it for a couple years now. The problem I'm running into is that most places don't carry the shafts I would likely need. The fitters I like and trust put me in dynamic gold X100 for my irons but don't carry any driver x shafts so they've told me they can't fit me (swing speed between 115 and 125). I've talked to club champion but they want $100 for a driver fitting and that price doesn't get discounted at purchase, smh. Bottom line is this system could be perfect for someone like me.
  8. Chris Florida 18 Ping i200 dynamic gold X100 i500 I currently play the i200 so I'd like to try to i500 and think I would be a good comparison test between the two. I don't need the extra distance really but a little more forgiveness couldn't hurt, haha
  9. Chris Florida Ping i200 with Dynamic Gold X100 185-190 yds Def interested in these as I play the i200 and could blend these in to my set for those days the swing is off (most days) haha.
  10. Tier 1. Jon Rahm Tier 2. Bryson Dechambeau Tier 3. Charley Hoffman Tier 4. Kiradech Aphibarnrat Tier 5. Jhonattan Vegas Winning Score: -12

  12. I'm gonna win one if these yet! 1. Chris, Florida 2. Ping i200 with True Temper Dynamic Gold X100s 3. 17-18 ish 4. Launcher CBX... I'm thinking even though I'd like the extra forgiveness of the HB (especially with how my swing feels recently) that they may be too high for my swing speed and flight tendencies. Good luck to all.
  13. Chris Florida I currently use the golf pad GPS on my phone and the tags that you tap via nfc for tracking each shot. I like the tracking system and sound be very interested in trying a system that I don't have to tap my phone! I do not currently use a good watch but have in the past. It was the original Garmin vivofit I believe. Good luck everybody!
  14. - Chris from Florida - Mixed wedges all bought individually: Nike vr forged 52/10 w/Dynamic Gold s400 Mizuno MPT 56/13 shaft sticker worn off, haha Cleveland 588 58/12 with Tour Concept wedge flex - Strengths: Full shots, standard greenside bunkers, chip and run - Weaknesses: Distance control on less than full shots, check spin on chips, hitting fat shots - 17ish handicap
  15. Chris from Florida Ping i200 with Dynamic Gold X100 17 Handicap C300 Hoping I can try these out. When I was shopping irons last year I was intrigued by the idea of Wilsons. Good luck everybody!

  20. Howdy everybody! I finally decided to sign up to the forum after reading my golf spy and forum for the past couple years. I'm a mid to upper teens handicapper occasionally capable of shooting in the low 80's. I call southwest Florida home (Naples /Fort Myers) home and am excited to get more involved in discussions on here. Happy golfing everyone!
