  2. I personally play the Z stars. I get a bit more control around the greens with those than the Pro V1s. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  3. I know the US Open has a history of challenging players and trying to keep scores low, but is this course just too hard for even the best players in the world? Understandably the conditions haven't helped things for these guys, but watching them even try to find their ball and hit out of that fescue just seems unfair at times. 1. 8. So I am the sub on my bosses twosome for his summer men's league. This will be my first foray into a league format. They do match play head to head and then low score for the hole out of all 4. I've only ever played stroke play in all the years I've been golfing. Any advice? Also, they wanted a GHIN number but having never done a league or anything I've only ever calculated my own handicap. Can I get an official GHIN somewhere? 1. Taylormade Speedblade regular flex irons, STX putter, taylormade rocketballz 3 wood 2. Cobra Amp Cell 11.5 regular flex 3. RH 4. 10. I actually won a game golf a few years ago and still use it today. The variation I have doesn't do live updates as I go, but allows me to review the shots and distances afterwards. It is very helpful in that regard. I don't keep my phone with me when I golf because I enjoy the peace and quiet when I'm on the course. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy

  12. I actually use the Taylormade Speedblades for the same reason. Wanted GI irons that weren't too expensive and I love these irons. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  13. Ok great! I started looking around and wasn't sure if there really was a benefit to one over the other. I like the idea of having them as an option depending on the weather. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  14. I read the reviews of this year spikeless shoes. I've always worn regular plastic spiked golf shoes. Does anyone feel a difference when they play for those that have made the switch? I'm due for new spikes and have strongly considered making the jump if there's an advantage to using these instead. 1. 15. This is an interesting topic. I think Cobra has the right idea when it comes to marketing their younger pros who kids can better identify with. Rickie and Bryson having a unique style that could draw in those kids who are on the fence. I know local courses have ladies night and leagues, but there's not much in the way of advertising and affordability that would entice them to start. Maybe like a few free lessons to start them off would work to get some interest and buzz generated. It doesn't have to take 4 hours to play 18. I play with people who agree to play ready golf which helps speeds things up. I can play a round with a foursome in about 3 hours 15 mins. Finding little things like this helps to keep it interesting and not drawn out too long. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
