About Martini tees....the other day I was in an Edwin Watts store. There they were the Martini, packaged in sevens for $8.00, and right close to them was another look-alike brand that gave you 60 of them for $10.00! Go figure, how does Martini stay in business?

In the past, I used Golfshot up until 2 yrs ago when I switched to SwingU. Yesterday SwingU announced an increase of over 60% to their annual subscription. It is going from $59.99 to $99.99 on the next renewal. Is there another App that will give you club recommendations based on elevation, wind, temp, etc? Or anything close to that?

Last year I traveled to Sycamore, IL to get a fitting with Sub 70. They don't have the car salesman syndrome seeing that they only have one brand. They do however have 13 head variations in their irons to offer. There was absolutely no effort made to put me into anything over my ability to play. They make a great product that I can highly recommend, being a DTC company they offer great service and product at a reduced price. Thanks for what you have furnished to me. Because of that, I was able to get Amazon to accept a return which is well past their return date. They agreed to that with a $5.20 restocking fee, probably to cover the return charge. I was happy with that.

Can you point me to where you find that anything sold by Amazon is their responsibility?

When I go to the page I bought them from there is a link to the Cut Store so I have to assume that Cut was the seller. Besides Cut was willing to somewhat make it right before they rescinded.

I never thought about that, they don't say who the seller is, I guess we just assume. I wonder if there is a way to check that.

I'm all in with you. I've played them in the past without issue. So disappointing that a company attempting to grow will not stand behind its product. I guess the adage of you get what you pay for stands tall here. I only bought the Reds for fall play and all of the leaves we deal with. My favorite ball is the Maxfli New Tour S, which is a great ball. It has a great price point at Dick's.

Well, they start out offering Cut Gray or Blue as what they termed a courtesy. I can't believe that Cut balls sold by Walmart, Amazon, or any other major source are anything other than new balls.

***** BUYER BEWARE ***** Cut Red balls have been known as a cheap ball that plays well and goes far. For me that has been the case but not any longer. I purchased 2 doz in October and because of the weather in Tennessee, I did not get around to playing them until December The first three balls that I used cracked after just several hits each. I contacted Cut Golf and they offered to send a Doz of Cut Gray of Blue as a courtesy. They have since rescinded that offer saying that they will not replace any balls purchased on Amazon. Can one assume that they will not replace their product purchased anywhere?

I might add that I am 84 yrs old at least twice a week. I play from our Sr tees that range from 5200-5700 yds. I can reach all the greens in regulation. Moving up removes tension from the game as well as making the game enjoyable. I find guys here that should be moving up but giving up strokes and egos get in the way.

Move to the Sr tee's, don't let an ego get in the way.

I have been using SwingU for a couple of years now. It has completely replaced my rangefinder, I don't even take it out of the bag anymore.

Just a simple marking. I find a bright green sharpie and hilite (mark over) the entire brand name of the ball. I find it very easy to see from a distance. The number of guys that do nothing about marking their ball amazes me.

I have always hated Sports by NBC. They have always inserted updates on other sporting events along with the insidious features by Bob Costas, Jim Gray, etc. When I dial in golf I want to see golf and not all of the extra BS!

I found the broadcast unbearable to watch with all of the commercials that NBC forced on the viewers.

Do you have any charts or data on this? The difference in distance of two golf shots that are exactly the same in all aspects with the only difference being a 13* head and a 16* head?

I have an unused Grafalloy NT Composite shaft that I think I want to install in a Ping G400 SFT. I need tipping/or not recommendations. I am 80 yrs old Swing speed 92-95 I typically have a high ball flight
