  1. My issue is more relative to my middle finger joint where it meets my palm on the left hand. I attribute most of this to lifting unnecessary amounts of weight in the gym while in college and a a few years after as well as a prior career of being an auto mechanic. At 28 yrs old, it's not yet bad enough yet to make me want to willingly switch, but I know not to long from now, I'll have to if I want to enjoy the game pain free. 2. I'm still gaming TW PGA tour 2014 Masters edition (not historic). I can deal with watching ball roll in a trade off for better simulated putting. This is based sheerly off feedback I've seen from other TGC members. Too bad EA can't run a similar game using their own simulated characteristics because that would be amazing. 3. That is awesome! Did he say which tour players were gaming that shaft? That would be cool to know! Either way, a pearl in the clam is a pearl in the clam. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  4. Thanks MDGolfHacker. It definitely did, and the guy at Aldila was pretty cool about it. Real nice dude. Thanks for your interest and advice [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  5. Same for tommc23, thanks for your interest in the thread [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  6. And that is the sole reason why this one is replacing the unbranded REAX (though it's likely Fujikura) in my M2 3 wood. Thanks for viewing jlukes [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  7. Look closely and notice the designs parallel in the digitized graphics. I sent an email with these and a few more pics to the tech at Aldila. I was pretty psyched when he called with the news. The shaft was a demo of the Rogue Elite series pre-release that weren't meant to be released to the public! I asked about the 110 MSI on the shaft and he said they removed the label because they changed the material before they released the final series. He said I have a pretty rare shaft as it turns out! Awesome news to hear! And the eBay store Mikes Golf Outlet sold it for $63! They have a ton of good
  8. So, fellow members, here is the shaft close up, a side by side with my driver's Aldila Tour Blue, and the final verdict: Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  9. I may have lucked out. Reached out to Aldila and their shaft tech said it's nearly practically impossible for someone to replicate the graphics with the Rogue series, and it's very possible this could have been the design for the Rogue Elite Blue pre-mass-release i.e. it could likely be a demo shaft. He also said he hasn't heard anything in a long time of any counterfeiting of their brand, so for the time being, I feel a bit more assured. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy

  11. More specifically, the Elite blue doesn't say 110 MSI anywhere on the shaft on Aldila's website. Should have clarified. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  12. I saw those on the Aldila site last week but if you look at the shaft in the original comment, it doesn't look like the Elite. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  13. The 110 MSI Silver was available as an aftermarket upgrade for TaylorMade's though, and it almost looks exactly like one aside from the blue and 859 on it. That's what has me skeptical. Like I said, I could just be overthinking. I'd like to believe I lucked up on a legit stick. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  14. One thing you might also consider is the offset of your irons or ball placement in your stance. Most non-tour irons are set with a draw bias to help the average joe not slice, however, the better you become with a well-tailored swing, you may notice shots go left. I had the same issue when playing a set of 2004 TaylorMade RAC LT's that had a tiny bit of draw-biased offset. They hit great but straight and left unless I placed the ball further back in my stance. With the same swing style but slightly steeper, I started hitting straight shots. The only downside was it affected club loft. I'm no e
  15. I would hope that gets me the best results, but still slightly skeptical after reading the below article. Do the administrators of this forum participate? I wonder if they could help. Anyways, check out the below. It's a VERY interesting read: https://mygolfspy.com/made-for-shafts-a-closer-look/ Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
