    Good morning from Homosassa. Quiet time for me and absolutely Cheshire cat grin as awake from 1st nite in a month without a bag attached to my leg as the cath was removed yesterday. Tough month of recovery but will keep moving forward. Time to rehab as weather in the 40s not conducive to theses 75yr old bones. Never been on a Sim but son in Mi and friends are in love with the experience. Enthusiasm for the game is evident on every post which puts a smile on this old man's face everyday .PLAY THE GAME.

    Anxiety comes to us in many forms but not often enough to be secure in its presence. In our overly gray world where right and wrong, success and failure can be very opaque, the great game holds us in the black and white.For to succeed under intense pressure can bring gratification, also the knowing that it could have gone the other way in that same instant keeps us grounded. Eagles quote " I don't know why Fortune smiles on some and let's the rest go free". Play the Game.

    Good morning from sunny FL  pretty moon and planet to greet me as I retrieve the paper.game has been floundering but will try again this morning. Leg surgery canceled last week on for Monday wait nope put off till Wed. Boxes of gifts sent north for kids and grandkids. Now to figure out what to spend 150$ in Pro Shop credits on. Hope weather up yonder allows you crazies a few more rounds. Be well

    Good morning spies. Short appointment for pacemaker check 12:50 only 20 min from golf course so with 8am tee time should be good. Nice we÷kind for MI sports with U of M, Lions and Wings all winning. Wife has outdone herself with Xmas decorations. Getting old has its challenges but listening to the work schedules of fellow spies finds me content to be where I am on this journey. 13 years removed from working on Chrysler phone systems for AT&T has left me with fond memories. Enjoy your day.

    Good morning Spies.No golf today as I had pulled out of Member/ Member due to procedure that didn't happen.A confluence of circumstances the Eastwood succinctly describes in Heatbreak Ridge as a "Cluster F***. Seems cardiologist wouldn't clear me for same procedure he preformed 3 months ago and human error at surgical office when no one informed me. Human error is understandable. By some magic of celestial clarity I have been cleared and have an appointment with surgeon tomorrow. Presumably cardiologist was in CYA mode. Glad these people were not in charge when I was in SE Asia in 69. As Mr Ruiz says "don't take it personal" and "make no assumptions ". Interested in how Eldrick plays today. Should be a good watch.              Happy Thursday. Seize the day.

    Good morning.  No procedure today. Waiting for call last night for surgery time and none came,called # on form and found out that it was canceled. Follow up call this morning and still no answers. Cryptic call from cardiologist on Monday night may be telling as he did not expressly say that he would not clear me. Little disappointed.  Cold here 39° at7am suns out and steam coming off pool.

    Nippy this morning on nature coast. No golf today. Thought surgery was Thursday but wife had written down 29th and sure as God made little green apples she was right again,getting used to that after 50yrs with the lucky girl. Doc will try to remove some plaque in leg arteries that resemble old galvanized cold water pipes. Want get rid of hdcp flag been using for a couple of months. If all goes well will be back on tee box Monday with the Monday Moaners.Team game yesterday my 73 couldn't offset an 89 and a 90, felt bad as they struggled. No outbursts though as the are fine people to enjoy a round with. Be well fellow spies.

    Good morning. Yesterday's rain brought good time to go through the bag for winter cleaning. Scrubbed grips tossed out balls that are scarred hot hands and mitts back in the bag. Set up Xmas tree with the brides direction. My sympathies to Ohio State fans. Great game. Off to the course in an hour,hope for a better Start than Sat. Might ride alone today and bring speaker on low of course for some BB,Clapton or any blues will do. Be well.

    Good morning one and all.raining here in the home of the Manatee. House is guiet as she who lords the roost is still in slumber mode.Aussie open on as I can start from beginning with you be TV. 43-34 yesterday,how can you do that! The Game will humble you. 88yr old in our group canceled saying he was over traveled. Day trip to St Pete and seeing 4yr old grandson took too much out of him. He doesn't need an excuse lovely man. This may seem strange but being down here for 13yrs I have at times wished for that break that we would get in winter to recharge the forces within and out.

    Fortunately that thought goes away quickly as check weather in Boston and Detroit. At it again 8:20 in the morning with good guys from NYC,CT,NJ,NH,MI and upstate NY all thrown together in search of warmth and the greatest game ever played. Be Well everyone.

    Good morning. Rained out yesterday after 3holes. Back at it again this morning dealing with overseed on greens coming in but happy to be playing. No turkey leftovers, what a bummer. Big win by Wings over Boston Bruins yesterday. Born in Beantown and Bs are my favorite Team but 40 yrs in the Motor city has left a soft spot for the Red Wings. 3 boys still there and grew up big fans. Hockey Night in Canada was a must watch.

Still on this thankful kick, so today I’m thankful for the ability to achieve something no one in my family has which is getting my Masters Degree. Today I will get to play 9 holes with my FIL, last time we played I was a super high handicap and it he beat the breaks off me. Hopefully this time the improvement in my game and lack of his playing time will surprise him and lead to a victory! lol 😂

    It's 27º here and my wife and I are playing golf today; course has an 11am shotgun so everyone can go home afterwards.  We have an 8 lb turkey so it should take too long to cook when we get home! 😂

    Playing in those conditions I must say" your a better man than I Gunga Din".

    Wife shook her head I laughed my a** off. Good one
