Last month I started with an online coaching App called, "Skillest". The coach golf coach I was paired with is Liam Cassidy and the experience has been great. We have worked on a few things but by far the biggest game changer for ME has been keeping my trail elbow connected (drill is taking my lead arm and grabbing my trail arm outside the elbow. From here taking a practice swing to force my trail elbow to stay connected). This has really helped almost eliminate my early extension and is something I'm looking forward to bringing to the course to try. I will also mention the real key here was not the drill but having Liam watch my swing and identify what drills I may need- the same drill may not be what you need. Try drills but I recommend trying some coaching as well to find what specifically works for your golf swing!

About Me I grew up on the South Shore of Boston, MA working at some great courses in Plymouth, MA and started playing golf in my time off. Some 20 years later I'm still in love with the game and have recently started on a journey to get become a single digit handicap (currently at 10.6). I now live on the North Shore of Boston and play as much golf as my understanding family will allow! Aside from being a golf-a-holic, I also have my masters from Harvard in Management. By far my favorite course I took was marketing. One of my favorite things about MyGolfSpy is the investment they have made in testing golf equipment so we can be more educated on which companies are actually delivering on their 'value proposition' and are worth our investment.
