  1. Been there and done that. Tried a bunch of things, Message therapy, Acupuncture, both were expensive options and gave immediate relief for about 1-2 days- even with playing. Ultimately it's all about stretching. I incorporated a few stretches and one product to alleviate and improve my wrists and arms( elbows) tendons strength for long-term durability. Here is a link to stretches-Wrist Exercises I also added using this Theraband flex-bar. Theraband Amazon Page You will get relief. It's the "off-season" so take this time, and get healthy to enjoy a 2023 golf season. Trust me, you'll be happy in less than a month.
