  1. My current T100/200 split set is working well, so here's the new dream:

Tweaks compared to old would be a pinch lighter shaft, cut a pinch more off the t200, replace the T100 with t150 so the set gaps are good. (They're fine now but my t100 are bent 1° strong, so that tiny sole now has 1° less bounce 😱😱

And here's the utility/driving iron dream:

Ps, I also will have my own practice bay come September and likely a Bushnell Launch Pro for testing. For now I have access to these if I sign up. 🙂

Good luck everyone! As always, another amazing test opportunity. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

  2. Just hit the Paradym w s flex 60g shaft at a Callaway demo.  Without a sim and spreadsheets, no way of knowing about that 15% dispersion claim. I will say I had a lot of trouble finding the center of the club face. The one I did hit near center went far and sortof straight.

It felt a touch heavy in swingweight, and the shaft, for a stiff flex, felt a bit flexy. I didn't have time to dial in a shaft.

  3. With the help of a fitter, I had this split set put together.  T200 5-7, T100 8-P.  T100 are 1° strong. All bent 2° flat.  1/4 short PX LZ 5.5 (R+ish) 115g.

When I asked "why not T100S", the fitter said "something something tungsten something something ball flight"  🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♂️

I trusted him.  Now I know it was the right move.  These things rock.  The 100 keep up with the 200 but have more precision and better feel.  The 200s feel great too.  Everything is at least 10yd longer than my previous sets.

    Thanks everyone for reviewing these

  4. Did any challenges actually happen for this CCChallenge?  I realize the big challenge was acquiring the equipment.  The "pre challenge chatter" forum never evolved into any other type.  I had big hopes for it.  Anyway, glad everyone got their equipment and got to review.  Still just reviewing a complete bag setup is a huge challenge in itself.  Hats off to you all.

I hope there will be more CC challenges in the future.  🙂

Oh, neat! Would probably be a really good way to get a handle on club distances and such, eh?  Signed up for the opportunity, hoping for the best!

Yes.   It's not without its quirks, but I love it.  It does definitely help with distances!  And helps you find weaknesses and strengths in your game.

I'm a little puzzled as to how this works. Do you have to input data after every stroke?

No.  The sensors tell the app every time x club strikes a ball.  I'm mainly just correcting putts or the occasional misread after a round.  But while playing, I don't even look at the app.  I use my watch for my distances. Arccos just runs on my phone in the background.
