  1. I was introduced to the game of golf at an early age by my dad even though I couldn’t play due to a neurological disease called dystonia. I walked on a walker from the age of 7 until I had deep brain stimulation surgery at the age of 21. I remember always going to the course with my dad and riding in the cart and watching him play and those were some of my best memories. After I had brain surgery, I was able to finally learn how to play the game I loved with my dad as my coach. Unfortunately, he developed health issues shortly after that and we weren’t able to really play together but he would ride with me and watch me play then. We would stay up-to-date on all the golf equipment news thanks to MyGolfSpy. He passed away on 9/23/19 and he always said he wished we could play together one more time, so I played my first round of golf after his death with his clubs. Any time I’m on the course, I wear my dog tag with his finger print on it so that I can enjoy the game I love thanks to him introducing me to it. I’m striving to break my low score of 78 but I know my dad is still watching me play every round.
  2. I actually kind of like the look of the T200s. I play the original AP2s and have been looking to upgrade. I'm interested to see how it looks in person as well as how they feel in the hands. Driver: TS2 9.5 stiff 3 Wood: 915 F stiff 3 Hybrid: 915 HD 4-PW: Original AP2 Wedges: 50, 56, 60 Vokey SM6 Putter: Scotty Cameron Select Newport M1
  3. I'm a Titleist guy but no irons compare looks wise to a Mizuno. I've never hit a Mizuno iron but I hear the feel matches the looks. Those are some beauts. Driver: TS2 9.5 stiff 3 Wood: 915 F stiff 3 Hybrid: 915 HD 4-PW: Original AP2 Wedges: 50, 56, 60 Vokey SM6 Putter: Scotty Cameron Select Newport M1
  4. These claims are kinda like the bars and restaurants who advertise "coldest beer in town". If you're willing to believe the advertisement, then it worked. Golf balls are all about personal preference and it's all about finding a ball that works for you. Driver: TS2 9.5 stiff 3 Wood: 915 F stiff 3 Hybrid: 915 HD 4-PW: Original AP2 Wedges: 50, 56, 60 Vokey SM6 Putter: Scotty Cameron Select Newport M1

    I'm with you, I'd almost say it's not an if it happens but a when. I think it's great for a man cave though. Driver: TS2 9.5 stiff 3 Wood: 915 F stiff 3 Hybrid: 915 HD 4-PW: Original AP2 Wedges: 50, 56, 60 Vokey SM6 Putter: Scotty Cameron Select Newport M1
  6. My 50 degree Vokey wedge. I hit that thing anywhere from 50 yards to 110 yards and it just feels like money in my hands. It gives me confidence that no other club in my bag gives me. Unfortunately I'm not smart enough to hit it more than I should lol. I keep pulling out my 56 and 60 instead of trusting that club. Driver: TS2 9.5 stiff 3 Wood: 915 F stiff 3 Hybrid: 915 HD 4-PW: Original AP2 Wedges: 50, 56, 60 Vokey SM6 Putter: Scotty Cameron Select Newport M1
  7. People laugh when I tell them I switched from Titleist to Maxfli but these balls perform. I was hitting wedge shots today that stopped on a dime. Luckily I don't care what anyone thinks lol it's $10+ that I'm saving on balls I have to spend towards other golf stuff now. Driver: TS2 9.5 stiff 3 Wood: 915 F stiff 3 Hybrid: 915 HD 4-PW: Original AP2 Wedges: 50, 56, 60 Vokey SM6 Putter: Scotty Cameron Select Newport M1
  8. Does anyone else go to a range that has Top Tracer Range? I know there are around 60 in the US that have this but I never knew it existed until about a month and a half ago when it was installed at the range I go to. It provides a whole different experience at the range. They're going to be installing Top Tracer Handheld soon that will work from the grass area. You can do longest drive, closest to the pin, points game, virtual golf, a launch monitor and WITB (you can save the data for each club in the app and access it at any time). 9. 83 (41/42) today at The Mill Course in Cincinnati today. I putted like crap today, I missed 6 putts inside 3 feet today for par. My wedge game that is usually my weakness put me in position to score and my putting which is usually a strength, let me down. Go figure. Keep waiting to have them all clicking at once lol. Driver: TS2 9.5 stiff 3 Wood: 915 F stiff 3 Hybrid: 915 HD 4-PW: Original AP2 Wedges: 50, 56, 60 Vokey SM6 Putter: Scotty Cameron Select Newport M1
  10. Couldn't agree more about a putter having the most mental impact of all the clubs. If it doesn't look and feel right, you probably won't make a good stroke. Driver: TS2 9.5 stiff 3 Wood: 915 F stiff 3 Hybrid: 915 HD 4-PW: 710 AP2 Wedges: 50, 56, 60 Vokey SM6 Putter: Scotty Cameron Select Newport M1
  11. I've used two putters in the 7 years I've been taking the game seriously. My first putter that my dad gave me was an Odyssey Dual Force Rossie 2 that I used until I bought my Scotty Cameron Select Newport M1 three years ago. I think I'm more loyal to a mallet putter than anything. Driver: TS2 9.5 stiff 3 Wood: 915 F stiff 3 Hybrid: 915 HD 4-PW: 710 AP2 Wedges: 50, 56, 60 Vokey SM6 Putter: Scotty Cameron Select Newport M1
