Has anyone played the Del Webb Sun City Texas courses in Georgetown, TX? Thoughts/reviews?

I've heard a May 1st release.

Looking for real world recommendations! I mostly ride, but will walk and/or use a push cart on occasion. I prefer a bag with a stand mechanism for range use. I almost pulled the trigger on a Ogio Woode 8 hybrid stand bag, but it felt like it wouldn't last very long. Any hidden gems out there for me to look at?
