  1. If your business can aid in determining if the Pro giving the lesson is actually good. It would be a success. My experience is that most lesson givers don’t improve golfers much if ask yourself if lessons has dropped your handicap or any of the people you play with.
  2. I tried shot vision and the distances it gave me were greatly exaggerated. I would love to have the 220mph ball speed, the device was showing. Strangely no other device has ever recorded me at 160mph.
  3. I am Kirkland Large size, and they feel and fit great. The leather stretches and gives a bit of need. Which is great; the comfort is something either am getting used to. Value is really a plus. They are equal or better than any other glove I have used. i have at played least 35 rounds ( with a equal number of range sessions) with these Kirkland gloves and am more than satisfied.
  4. I played in The Cold! Temperatures in the high 30’s with a 15 mph wind is no joke. Actually it was about 10 degrees warmer with light winds on the first tee. But by the back nine it was Nordic conditions. I did have 2 birdies and barely broke 80.
  5. I when golfing the other day and got to the first green and reached for my putter and realized I left it at home. i had been putting on my carpet the day before. I had to put with my wedge the rest of the day, I found out I am really bad at it. i hit a bunch of bladed wedges 1/2 to the hole 🕳
  6. I am trying to get longer and it is not working
  7. I am not sure I Putt well enough to need Green Books. I am certain I can’t afford them
  8. BBG Be Better Golf is my YouTube guy. He is very relatable and has a lot of top teachers who really know their stuff.
  9. I played on frozen greens in 38 degree weather. Hard to stop a ball on ice. have to bounce it onto greens, of course on. Elevated green that makes it really hard. i did drive it well.
  10. My improvement is an indoor golf ball driving net in my living room. it has to go up and down every couple days. Because it doesn’t improve the ambiance of the room when guests come Over.
  11. Looking for a long driver to Bryson out.
  12. I say Double or triple down on your normal amount of Play!
  13. I need spikes that Grip; so I and Grip it and Rip It!
  14. Oh I keep the scores down by working Around the 3 Wood.

I swing gripped down; Drivers off the tee instead of 3 Woods on shorter tighter holes.

I don’t hit 3 Wood into tight greens on approach shots. For example I often would lay up short from say 230 instead of going for the green. Yes I could flush a 3 Wood on from there, but experience shows I could also but it behind a tree or bush 🌳

A 5 iron, followed by a SW will usually do fine!

  15. I have been struggling with my 3 Wood for 20 plus years, why?? Because I miss the sweet spot and 20 plus years of struggling, is not good for my confidence.
  16. I have been on more than a couple monitors that have measured me hitting the ball 10-15% more than normal. My advice is follow the standard rule. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!
  17. I tried one of the ways, by focusing on hitting it Higher. Way Higher than most golfers would think. I really works.
  18. I took a lesson last, week and am working on, rotation of the chest / upper torso on pitch shots and bunker shots.
  19. The backed off Driver one of the toughest shots? Nicklaus, Woods, Snead, Hogan, Norman, Nelson ( Byron ) and about every Dude on TV hit the backed off Driver as their "go to Fairway Finder Shot". And ask most good players, "What is the hardest club to get comfortable/fit for"? They will say a 3 Wood.
  20. I would first try to, grip down on the Driver about 1.5 to 2.5 inches and shorten the swing slightly. The result may well be a longer straighter shot than a 3 Wood would give. Drivers have far bigger sweet spots and have far better technology than 3 woods.
  21. Simple solution IMO is make the ball travel shorter. Or 1. Buy more land to make the golf courses longer. 2. Change the courses to make the more difficult, more ( water, trees, bunkers, rough, undulating terrain ect. ) 3. Change the clubs. Some dude you all heard of gave me this basic idea about 40 years ago, named Jack Nicklaus.
