  1. I have one if you’re still looking. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  2. I appreciate the good shots and try to move on from the others - after thinking a moment about what I could do next time to make it better. I’ve read/use Rotella, VISION54 thoughts/practices, which help. Otherwise, I try NOT to “think” after I address the ball. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  3. I hold the OW in both hands and rotate my torso from side to side 15x. Then I take 15 swings with each hand individually (holding by the label). Finally, I take 15 full swings as if I were teeing off. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  4. Name/City State Jeff Morton (GolfDawg54) How Often do you Practice Putting and How Long? I practice at least three hours a week at home on a birdie ball green and a WellPutt with a PuttOut. I use a PING app on my putter shaft for metrics. I work for a half hour at the course before a round. How many 3 putts do you average per round? 1-2/round What interests you most about Exputt from what you have seen or read? I saw and used it at the Chicagoland Golf Show this past spring and loved its versatility and metric information. I’m a stat geek (Arccos, Zepp) and really like the amount of information you have to assess your putting and make it better. It was easy to use and is the BEST unit on the market for the cost! I just wish I had the $$ for it, I would have brought one home with me!
  5. Sorry. Sold. Forgot about this post. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  6. I have astigmatism and a small cataract in my dominant eye. I’ve tried all colors of balls, but generally find the glossy finish is easier to see. The matte green works well with fall leaves. I used to be able to wear contacts and love the Oakley golf prizm lens. I got a pair of cocoon over glasses in photochromic amber that work well. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  7. Illinois golf opens 5/1! Only walking twosomes with 15 min gaps. No open facilities, no flag handling and walking only - or your own push cart. But it’s something! Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  8. Alignment sticks and foot spray for cheap way to see where you hit ball on face are great. The half noodle things are great for working on balance. Pool noodles are handy too Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  9. We’re still out in IL, but they’re playing in IN (so I hear). I thought I read somewhere they were going to open WI courses, but not sure. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  10. My wife and I have been working at home since 3/16. IL cases have escalated to the point of issuing a stay home/local plan. Being in the higher risk group, that’s fine. I don’t miss the hour+ train commute to Chicago for work. After work, I head to the den to work on my WellPutt mat. I also use my swing gizmo from GC to focus on backswing length and waist turn. It’s been a touch crummy to set up the net outside. Hopefully the weather will cooperate. Been watching GC and on demand shows. We’ve caught up on some other shows. [emoji42] Stay safe and make the best of it. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  11. I was fitted for irons a year ago by my instructor, who is Mizuno certified. The process went smoothly, probably easier since my instructor knows my swing. I ended up with 919 Hot Metals, 2* upright with graphite shafts for my arthritic joints. We also went through my woods and ended up reshafting them to better suit. The result: much better ball striking and no aching hands and shoulder. Was definitely worth the money and time! Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  12. I’ve found I hit my 3H as far or farther than my 3W. I keep pulling it out on occasion, but end up putting it back in the “benched” bag. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  13. Odyssey Toulon San Diego Putter 33.5” with 7g AND 20g sole weights. In outstanding condition. Includes: New Toulon Design Head Cover New Odyssey Limited "SEND IT HOME JEROME" Magnetic Blade Putter Headcover. Shipped by USPS Priority Mail. $160 CONUS. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy

    Your ball?

Duo Softs, Project(s) and Get Sums. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  15. I’m using a 1” shorter (per manufacturer) Recoil driver shaft that I got from CPO. Have noticed an improved smash factor (>3.5) and consistent length and dispersion. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  16. Definitely 100 yds in. More shots taken there than off the tee. Can make or break a hole’s score. Sent from my iPhone using MyGolfSpy
  17. I’ll stop for: lightning, hail, exceptionally slow play (who won’t let you through) and people behind me who have no idea about course etiquette (constantly hit into you, drive their carts on the side of the green, etc.). Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  18. I still have my PE2s, which I will never give up. However, crossing the sixth decade (with increased arthritis and two prosthetic hips) I was fitted for Mizuno 919 Hot Metals (standard length, 2* upright with Project X graphite shafts). I see what the buzz is about. The HMs are fantastic! When you hit clean, you hear and feel it. Otherwise, you hear and feel a definite difference - but the shots usually aren’t too bad (considering the mis-hit). You might want to check them out! Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  19. I’m working on re-grooving my swing range and timing, after losing 62 lbs in 2019. I’m making progress (increased speed and smash factor). Besides that, I need to finally get my head on straight for short game shots from 100 yds in. The new swing technique, I’m working on with my instructor will translate to my short game too. Otherwise, play more golf and have more fun doing it! Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
  20. I went from MCC+4 to CP2 Pro in midsize on my graphite shafts to help my arthritic hands and shoulders. They really help with the pain and stiffness. Sent from my iPad using MyGolfSpy
